  • when Incubus played music for men

  • @getaway98 how should I take this as a female Incubus fan?

  • Que videoooooooooooooooooooo.

  • i love that bass line is that slapping and popping

  • They performed this as well as their new songs when I saw them a few weeks ago in Sydney. All of it was fantastic.

  • amazing song. amazing album. too bad it all went downhill from there (in my opinion..)

  • @8Biohazard5 can't agree.

  • Fuck yes this song was even better live >.<

  • Brandon Boyd=Jon Davis

  • @andr22951 Brandon Boyd > Jon Davis *

  • Are you gonna be around 2012 ad.?

Yes, here I am. Avradını siktiklerim.

  • loooooooooooooooooooooooooooool brandon's hair was crazy

  • Just saw Incubus play this live in NZ. It was truly amazing. This band has, and will continue to leave me lost for words.

  • This video should have a ton more likes like if you agree

  • The astronaut likes fainting

  • WTF

You look like a korn parodyXD

    But In a good way

  • @jonathn710 these were before korn dude

  • I've stood around 'til 2012 AD, what am I waiting for?

  • u gonna stand around till 2012 A.D.?

  • S.C.I.E.N.C.E. forever !!! <3

  • My whole life i've just been standing around, but not anymore...

  • 2012 AD !!!

  • It's 2012 AD... YAY...

  • A fucking "copy and paste" from korn, assholes without originality

  • @diegoavella Тупой идиот, если все что ты слышишь здесь это копи паст от корнов.

  • @diegoavella I'm sorry but this is better than anything Korn has ever done.

  • @LightPrecursor63 Its really not. Korn defined an entire generation of music. Incubus didn't. I love Incubus, especially their older stuff but songs like Freak on a Leash and A.D.I.D.A.S will always trump anything by Incubus. Just an opinion

  • @avfc85 Whilst Korn defined a generation of music, rendering them a more significant band on the industry, it doesn't mean that Incubus can't write better music. Besides, I wouldn't even regard Korn as much of an influence on S.C.I.E.N.C.E. era Incubus, this album is to funky for nu metal. Also, how can you call Incubus assholes and then go on to say that you love them? Just an opinion.

  • @LightPrecursor63 I didn't call them assholes. Please read my comment again.

  • @avfc85 Haha sorry dude, was a different person.

  • is that a white dj? ...

  • que bueno

  • I'm waiting for the harvest...

    lawofone.info

  • such a stoner, beatiful

  • I love incubus, brandon boyd is amazing, but I love how this song talks about the absurd hysteria of certain religions/beliefs *cough* scientology before it even got as big as it is now and it's still so true today. so ahead of your time incubus and we love you for it.

amazing songs with some real meaning behind them, it's a shame so few bands these days can't do the same thing.

only one year till 2012 AD guys, what are we waiting for?

  • @Samm294 This song is about being stuck behind someone when a traffic light has turned green

  • @Samm294

I guess that's the thing about lyrics, they are very subjective...people's perceptions are very different. For me, this song is about love. I like your perception though.

  • This song is like a Tony Hawks Pro Skater game! LoL

  • Brandon's hair is brilliant :)))

  • GREAT GREAT SONG !

  • ojala algun dia antes que muera pueda hacerme este peinado

  • sooo good,if incubus returns to this times, music will save

  • The OLD Incubus > ALL

  • gonna see them this evening. fuckin hell, cannot wait!

  • Saw Incubus live last night at Nottingham FM Arena, they played this for the encore. UNBELIEVABLE! Everyone was jumping around going crazy! One of the best moments ever!

  • @MrOddzilla same it awsome

  • great lml

  • i was only 5... yeee ~~____~~

  • 1997? ... geez

  • I was in high school when the 90s were at their peak. Fuck, I wish I could go back to that time. Shit was so cash back then.

  • unique :)

  • woah, brandon had dreads? hot.

  • THE FUCKING 90's WERE SO GREAT

  • @sensaway Yes and no! Grunge (yes) and Tech(no)

    !

  • Comment removed

  • if he grew a grey it would take a bit of finding in those dreads!

  • @steadfast1984

    Nothing happened.

They still perform this one, as well as other good oldies.

I saw them last month and they're better than ever.

They've evolved - Survival of the fittest!

  • Como suenan que puta ..........!!!

  • S.C.I.E.N.C.E.

  • I love them as they were before and not now ...

  • heeeey, its almost 2012 AD!

  • @darkneal Haha I think that whenever I hear it as well!!

  • yo i like the new and the old incubus

some of the greatest musicians in the world and they just grew up

who cares what you liked better, when you liked it better than listen to it and give a fuck about the new shit..

  • @CrayonPhysiks Totally agree with you there, pal

  • I was born the year this came out, and i love it. LOL. Incubus <3

  • good old Incubus, miss that!

  • I was 3 years old when this came out. Damn.

  • @flo1065 I was 2 :)

  • geez.

  • The magic medicine worked for me

  • i like this music...but this suks donkeys ass so much shit cmes out just sayin

  • look to 1:08 on Mike pierced nose

  • look to 0:36 and pause you will see the similar face of bob marley drogated

  • i LOVE the old stuff, and i would absolutely love they to come back to this, but the good thing of all this is that they like the music they´re making now, thats the olnly thing that matters, its our problem if we dont like their new style.

    Love Brandon, seriously

  • Trippy :D

  • Probably my favourite Incubus song.

  • The magic medicine worked!

  • SHUT UP AND ENJOY THE MUSIC!

    ╭∩╮(︶︿︶)╭∩╮

  • Ben Kenney killed the band... i miss dirk lance, his basslines were sick

  • FUUU YEAH.

  • they went from writing dance floor anthems like this, to dull as fuck elevator music

  • after promises, promises i had to listen to REAL incubus style like that was. truely sad what happened!!

  • I got this shade of green once or twice, I must be special

  • Fuckin genre snobs... Good music is, and will always be, good music, regardless of stupid labels with even worse connetations. Incubus have never been static, they are true artists whose music is constantly evolving. Don't hate! I love this Incubus, but I have to say also that Echo and Aqueous Tranmission ( from the much-maligned Morning View Sessions) are two of the most beautiful pieces of music - aren't musos allowed to write songs about love anymore??? Anywho, bangin track! Go!!

  • @TrunkDiaz y'all are a bunch of snobs trunkdiaz is right. Incubus are moving in a new, sincere artistic direction and they're being true to themselves, not focused on what some of the fans want. That makes them real artists. enjoy the old music, stop complaining that they're not still making music like this anymore.

  • S.C.I.E.N.C.E. BEST ALBUM!!

  • did anyone realize its 2012 ac next year. whoo hoo bring this bad bitch back to the scratch.

  • This is one of my favorite Incubus songs.

  • I don't care what any of you think, this is the Incubus I fell in love with. "Promises" is bent.

  • love brandon with dreads ♥.♥

  • This is an epic era in Incubus' career, no doubt. But you gotta accept Light Grenades is one of their most proficient albums.

  • @steadfast1984 they evolved

  • i liked the version in the monuments and melodies album..lol well not entirely new.. i've been a fan of incubus about 2002.. so i never really heard their stuff this back.. :) fresh air for me..

  • ahhhhh i miss those dayz :( what happened to incubus ? no affence to anyone but ill admit i am a big incubus fan but brandon boyd is becomeing kindof a fag lately i mean ive listened to his new album "if not now when?" and i didnt care for it at all i think i liked maybe 2 songs ? ... and anything after science kept getting worse ...

LIKE THIS IF YOU MISS THE OLD DAYZ

  • RIP Incubus... 1991-2002 those were the years everything after that went downhill

  • God-dammit I love Incubus! Loove their old stuff, they should definately do some more stuff like this, as much as i love the fact that every album they do is entirely different from the previous one, this is amazing!

  • DRUGS!

  • Who else hates it that Vevo is the only place you can watch this video? D:

  • What a classic songgg! was this from a game?

  • @BenDGK4LIFE It's from the vast deepness of the internet, a place so unexplainable and yet so inviting that it HURTS YOUR BRAIN.

  • Incubus = Winning!

  • Temazooo!! Incubus lo mejor

  • one person likes a certain shade of blue

  • @MEDVEZZZZ14 Theres always one lol

  • @bethxxxox omg i know.

  • one person ikes a crtin shade of blue

  • yea old incubus was so much more amazing, but honestly the new stuff is still pretty good in my oppion

  • lol the lip singing is way off

  • @tbacm .....aaaaahhhhhh!!!....... lip synching! why does everyone say lip singing? it's so dumb!

  • @scobiedog1 the pisses me off too.

  • @scobiedog1 sorry Mr. fucking perfect. Correcting people is such a good way to make friends, everybody LOVES when they are corrected.

  • @tbacm i wouldn't want an ignorant dick like you for a friend.

  • @scobiedog1 yes because i was just talking about myself when I said EVERYBODY

  • @tbacm that doesn't make any sense but then why would i expect sense from someone who'd rather continue being wrong than be corrected?

  • Does anyone know the bass line to this?

  • @ernathefat just look up some tabs on google

  • Simply put.. this is sheer brilliance. Love the bass line.

  • as far as im concerned this was the last/best album. they seemed to lose thier edge after this. shame really cause for years this was my favorite album and the rest were disapointing

  • Love the dreads

  • wow i used to be really obsessed with this song

  • THIS is the incubus that i new and loved.! what happened.

  • @steadfast1984 i miss them too man

  • @steadfast1984 and by new i mean knew

  • @steadfast1984 Like most bands they matured, and evolved and in my opinion now cover any mood that occupies a person via their growth :)

  • @steadfast1984 they got better.

  • @steadfast1984 Brandon started combing his hair, thats what happened ;) no offense meant to this haristyle.

  • @steadfast1984 they started to make better and better music, lacking of nu-metal shit

  • @lifeitseemswillfade super agree. They are better now. and im glad. Nu metal is super dead.

  • @gagaladyful and lifeitseemswillfade : LOL nu-metal....Bouahahahahahahahah have you ever listened to S.C.I.E.N.C.E? It's a mix of metal, funk, alternatif, rock, scratching with a few electronic sounds. Listen to Deep inside (track #11) is it "nu-metal"? Come on, it was better before, they were crazy and funny, now it's a kind of pop rock band for teenage pussies :( (maroon5 style yeah PUSSY)

  • @steadfast1984

    I so agree...........

  • @steadfast1984 i dont konw.. maybe 4 money??? this album its the best ever. my favourit album of incubus at all.

  • @steadfast1984 - True that!

  • @steadfast1984 evolution

  • @steadfast1984 what do you mean????

  • @steadfast1984 Mainstream :(

  • @steadfast1984 They grew up :)

  • @steadfast1984 They're still awesome. Every band's music needs to evolve. If they were still releasing the same type of music, people like you would still complain.

  • @larainee212 so what your saying is that all bands need to evolve into cover bands? playing other people's music is what a band should evolve into? if you say so.

  • Yay for the magic medicine.

  • Whats the magic?
