Guys, it's Mien not meow. Mien means sorry, so he's basically saying sorry over and over again. The subs should have been therefor that bit cos now people think that bit doesn't actually mean anything other than sounding like a cat =.=

This is a pretty powerful good meaning song, so I don't think they'd make a laugh in it and put some cat sounds in it on purpose. The rest of the song doesn't link with cats in any way. And XD Yuh, It does sound like random meowing, but I suppose that was a coincidence that "sorry" sounds like a meow if it's said repetitively. I don't think they even noticed, to them it probably just sounded like it should be.

To all those who wonder about the "meowing" part of this song, he is not saying "meow" he is saying "mian" which is the Korean word for "sorry". As in, "I'm sorry".
