I remember as a kid in the early 90's that I used to say "Hello" so much to foreigners!

It was so much as I was learning English for a cost of 10 cents per lesson per evening at Independent Moment school. Back then it was an elemetary school for the whole campus. Now, part of it is University of Cambodia.
