i was just jerk fishing in a lake, and i was irritated by the fact that u cant jerkbait properly in a lake in finland because the often are shallow. Which isn't so bad but the lakes are really full of shallow water vegetation, and the jerks get a lot of weeds on them when u throw them too close to shore :(

@jackawoof yes, i do use Savage Gear lures, the Deviator and 4play herring are some of my favorite lures. Can wait for the ice to melt, i wanna give the Cannibal soft baits a try .

@XquiZZiT2007 the darkest pikes in finland are found in the inland lakes. just a tip....

i usually fish around nars in purmo and the lakes between and in lappajärvi.
