what helped me with aerials was thrusting your arms out straightby your sides, kind of how you would prepare your arm swing for vault . try to push off your power leg a little more and straighten up those legs and toes. you've gotten past the fear of reaching for the ground but keep practicing and ill bet you'll get it in no time! good luck

u say u want to get better.......ok first off relax ur foot.......dont flex. 2nd relax ur arms.......bring them to the side. it looks prettier and less beastly. areil's are a mascule stunt.
when you do it standing , you need to through your hands up a little more. It is ,to me, easier then running aerials.Check back in a week or so and I will put up a video of me doing some aerials for you to look at. It will be up in a couple of days.
All you need to do is keep your legs strait and you will gt really good. I just learned last year and I can already do it standing. Good luck, great job
Yeah, I learned the Aerial, then pretty much lost it because I beat my ankle to a pulp in the pursuing weeks...and that was last spring...So now I'm trying to get this move back (meaning better, since I'm fairly sue I could just do it, but it would hurt really bad given my ankle and bad technique.)
look i can do handsprings full twisted layouts all that s**t but i found it took me longer to get the aerial cartwheel than the straight back its really quite hard to learn coz u have to think about swinging and positioning momentum and i think u done really well!
good but you dont need so much run. as long as you push off the ground really hard and drive that leg over the head you can do it in one or two steps.
youve got some pretty good form on both, i dont really have a right to do any real correcting because i cant do any of the three, but they look good to me. Nice Job!

jump higher, and swing your legs as fast as possible, and don't wait to land after you jump finish the landing as soon as possible.

ok, then you should work out your arms,
btw you don't need that much arm strength for a an aerial. you just need enough power to swing your arms fast.

yeah.. you need to really jump hard. If you do it slowly, without force, the ankle's gonna get hurt.
