does anyone think this has anything remotly to do with notrdomis preditons, i dont understand why our super delagates dont go with the will of the pop vote( the people) and with all that going on with Obama both preacher do we really believe that after 21 years in that church nothing rubbed off . how about just out and out lying that he never heard thim preach anything like he was saying (Wright)and now a 2nd preacher making out and out fun of the way women are supposed to act is this making.
We dont want no shady superdelegates to rig, hijack and steal this election. Or else a political disaster will happen. period. Democracy means the VOTE OF THE PEOPLE. How will the world see us when we allow a bunch of yes-men behind close doors elect our president and over-riding the voice of the majority? Americans will be laughed at all over the globe, We fight and wage wars in other countries to bring democracy. Big Joke!
imagine a black man who wins the popular vote but denied nomination by those called superdelegates or the party gatekeepers. what kind of message will this send to the world? will the lady President be a credible champion of democracy in the world? I cannot imagine the Democratic Party will act so foolishly and in total contradiction with its name. if Clinton does not get the popular majority but still nominated with the help of the party insiders, this will trigger a party revolution.
This is shaping up to be very interesting. I have a gut feeling that Clinton will actually win out in the end because of corrupt superdelegates - you know her and Bill are working it behind the scenes. If that happens, I hope the backlash is enormous, I want to see protesters in Washington.
It will be a huge alienation if it does happen and I am convinced that in a McCain v. Clinton situation, McCain will somehow win and the unthinkable will continue. "Bomb, bomb, bomb... bomb, bomb Iran...."
Pat Buchanan is such a disappointment. Everything he says is biased by his political preference. I know he doesn't make any attempt to hide it but he is supposed to be an analyst instead of a shill for a party or even a philosophy. I pretty much totally agree with his political positions and he is eroding the strength of his voice with this crap.
it also looks like they're going to count Michigan and Florida delegates with a big majority to Clinton now (without a redo). Michigan has already given clinton delegates 2 to 1. The remaining candidates won't be decided by the people. It seems like the dnc just wants clinton to win this year. I for one as a michigander don't appreciate it. Its not enough that my vote isn't counted - but now my state is going to decide who i represent for me. I think I'll vote green.
