How did you blow the stock motor?

Sounds like what my car started doing two days ago. I blew a spark plug out of the header. Go around to your coil packs and pull just a little to see they are all still bolted down. I ended up losing one of those little gold screws when mine went.

lmao it sounds just like mine have a 98 gt with pi heads and a t70 turbo the last turbo run i did iheard something weird i pulled over and i heard this exact noise its on my page im not going with another 4.6 5.1 modular forged stroker motor on the way take some serious boost now

I've pin-pointed it down to it happening after I raced a '05 and newer stang off the bottle, so it was ran hard. It did have oil in it
