those white dots are either fungus or mites. theres a hot pepper based wash for plants instead of chemicals and it works great. you know with the increased heat in the green house all youd have to do is increase co2. your greenhouse could be a 100 degrees f but as long as you have good co2 pumping and a good supply of water it'd still be fine. in fact in right conditions ive seen 100 degree areas sprout huge plants. check out "homemade co2 from yeast".
you see that algae growing on the bottom of your large clear tub? thats the light doing that. if you use a black or gray tray you wont get that. notice the less amount of algae growth in the black bubbler tubs in comparison. also... roots dont like too much oxygen. try to cut your bubble amount down to about 1/10th of that and watch the difference.
I tried some erbs in my DWC bucket but it wasn't worth it in the end, however, if you are using the Bucket system with Marijuana, the results are mind blowing.
Now with your white leaves, test your PH and EC levels, keep in mind that all plants like differen't PH and EC levels. So if you have have 8 differn't erbs in a flood and drain table, your results will not be consistent. Once you do that you might want to do something about the green algea growing on the top of your grow medium.
don't know if this has been said already and you most likely have found this out by n0w, but the cucumber naturally ditches those early leaves. Cool set-up. Do the black pots get hot from the sun?
I don't know to much about it but after 3 weeks and the plant look still fairly small for an aeroponic system that supposedly grows up to 10 times faster than soil... Now what's wrong with this case?
u probly have the wronge Ph,depending on what type of plant u are growing u what to have the Ph around 6.5-7(neutral) any higher or lower than that and the acidity or alkalinity of the water could make it difficult for the plant to get the nutrients they need and they could starve, you probly have some plant starving going on with the discoloration of the leaves. Also remember that if u have too much neutrients in the water, then the plant can be burned
go aeroponic to save grow media costs. Clay pebbles are expensive. That why i chose aeroponic to save on growing media. Nutrients can get expensive depending on ur resovoir size. I always use as little water as possible. In some cases soil uses less water and nutrients. The only reason i choose aero over soil is its cheaper. I have found those biodegradeable cloths on those coir prodcust attract alot of algaue but not the coir itself. i have found the best system uses no growing media
the ph and ec are mega important in these systems u gotto test it with a meter u have either too much food too little or the wrong ph do u change the water at least once a week ?
u have what they call canoeing on the leaves on the tom plant dark green alone the veins and the lighter towards the edge of the leaves its hard to see but your maybe having some lock out or the nutrients need to go up just a little not loads :)
get some real pot in there :D

Thanks for the videos. At what greenhouse temperature do plants start to be damaged, like tomato. lettuce, eggplant, etc?

when they look like that its normally not enough food or the plant is not taking the food up because of lockout cos the wrong ph
if u have tip burn that normally because u have over feed them it doesn't look like tip burn
