thanks the feedback. But he have "little" problem. He was a water polo player. And very very rigid your feet, (o) feet! Do you understand? He need is lot of stretching. one more, thank that wrote, so him see, not only hears... :)
Here's the feedback. When you cross-over, ALWAYS make sure you keep both of your inside knee together and not "wide" cross over. Also make sure you have FULL PRESSURE on your left leg by keeping your upper body way leaning and don't let your left knee pass your face vertically. You def dont want the pressure in the middle when you cross over. U want FULL PRESSURE on left leg and right leg, nothing in the middle. :)
