I can tell that you are so close to your dad.. It brings emotions up with me because I feel that way about my dad. I am going to make a video today to ask for prayers for my dad.. He is facing open heart surgery on APR 16TH and I am worried sick.. He is my rock AJ, I don't want to lose him.. thanks for the comments we had a good time but too much alcohol no more of that...we forgot how that scene gets to us but it was fun while it was happening..didn't get to meet everyone either but we where only there for Saturday and Sunday morning..very tired Monday morning feeling our age much...LOL I am afraid I won't keep up my video making as summer comes also not much happening with wl and busy having summer fun...best wishes to you and Rebecca and new baby it is really fun!!!

Aj firstly I am glad you are back, we all missed you. Secondly thank you for that little mention of eating right at the end because I have been watching videos and some of these people that have gotten surgery are just not eatting enough calories a day. And it scares me. thanks take care:)

Yes you are right, anxiety about the upcoming changes are normal, but that doesn't mean you don't experience. People have trouble understand that, sometimes. My best advice is to embrace this time, a babymoon of sorts, since soon time alone together will be limited. You and Rebecca r going to make excellent parents. take care - jenn

Also it's funny you said something about your walking and when you said "Accountability" I had to laugh cause that is my word of the day. Just something I like to do is select a word and use it though out the day in ways to inspire me.

I haven't been on here very long, but it's completely understandable.. It's about to be wonderful chaos soon and it's important to simplify things before the baby comes... I think you have done a wonderful job at keeping everyone informed (in watching your vids) with surgery dates and such.. Like I said I'm pretty new here, but you and Rebecca have made a huge impact on my decision for WLS... and for that I am grateful! Now you just worry about that beautiful little boy coming soon! congrats!!!
