  • very very good movie.

  • That was a horrible trailer....

  • It was an okay film. Personally I think he should've killed Gasback a long time ago--I dont see any reason to letting him live.

  • @charizardpal how about a 'spoiler alert'? FFS

  • that was a baddd trailer

Trailers are supposed to be good.

  • I'm taking Japanese at college so I don't have to hear the crappy English dubs that totally misconstrue the story. Fortunately, Trigun had an amazing English dub!

  • the ppl obsessed with the subtitles are just crazy about it being original, its not like you can read there lips either way, its a cartoon....

  • i never though that in english version Vash is voiced by Johnny Yong a.k.a Adam (black ranger) in Power Ranger and Wolfwood voiced by the guy from V.R Trooper :O

  • I love this animations, so this one was a great for me! It was scary and funny too.,not boring at any time.. But the ending!!! Guys, stunning, incredible, was worth waiting for! There have many other boring animations this kind that you just get irritated by, but this wasn't one of those..this is WOW! You got to see this spectacl..Find this on freecartoons!!

  • Released on DVD in English September 27th...

    ...already pre-ordered...

  • @ThatLankyBastard Damn you didn't get to see the subbed version on youtube? Not sure if its still up but its worth a check.

  • Ah the series was so good I want to see this!

  • $_$

  • Focus on the new animation experience, on the new actors and the actresses, on the millenium on freecartoons, for free. This animation is thumbs up for me, it really steps it up. I give to this 8 out of 10 and recommend it with no doubt it will be disappointment!!!!

  • im seeing this in los angeles little tokyo this saturday!!! SO EXCITED

  • Stoked for the movie, but that trailer/announcer sucks.

  • Looks good, but the announcer is super annoying and it kinda ruins it.

  • It has to take place before the end of the series because Wolf is still alive!

  • I'm assuming the movie doesn't take place after the end of the show? It's a movie that would fall some where in the story plot at some point or another?

And how were they pronouncing Trigun? Tri- as in Try; or Tri- as in Trigonometry

  • they gave me a piece of film(the scene: wolfwood is smoking in a hotel). it was a free gift for 2nd time viewers. i hope US will do same thing. cause my US friends got jealooous.

  • It's not coming anywhere close to where I live.

    TT__TT DESPAIR.

  • he doesnt pronounce it right (TRIGUN)

  • I am getting this the first chance I get.

  • I didn't know that!

  • coming out this month!!!!

    wwwdotfunimationdotcom/trigun/

  • I...didn't know there was a Trigun movie... O_o

  • just saw the movie it was badass and the ending was the shit XD

  • OMGOSHHH I can't wait to watch this!!!! I just watched the ending of the series and I'm already eager to watch more!

  • they should make a live action movie out of this show...

  • is the movie after the anime? cause i thought Wolfwood died? :(

  • @crazychazylazy no, it's a side story

  • I just creamed in my panties, and Im wearing boxers.

  • The only question I'd like to kno now what becomes of millions knifes

  • They need to dub it!!!!!!!!!!

  • Okay if anyone wants to watch the whole movie english subbed, not dubbed because it didn't come out yet. Its on my channel, no this isn't some shitty advertisement about going to another website to watch it, its my newest video and its not in parts, its the whole movie.

  • @chillicheesecat reeeeeeaaaaaaalllllly :3 yay.

  • man that trailer announcer voice made me cringe

  • Cowboy Bebop

    Black Lagoon

    Darker Than Black

    Outlaw Star

    Trigun

    Samurai Champloo

    My Fav Anime

  • that guys voice was really annoying :S

  • I really wanna watch it, but I prefer dubs..... Ah!!!! Funimation dub this already Im getting tired of waiting this show is the best!

  • this movies the best for who ever is wondering

  • Movie came out in Japan last year. Funimation has the N. American license and probably will be releasing it late this year on video.

  • Movie came out in Japan last year. Funimation has the N. American license and probably will be releasing it late this year on video.

  • did this ever even come out? if so where could i find it :D

  • ya, what's the release of this??

  • I watched this today all I can say is that it was awesome andlived up to my expectations.

  • plz love this can u tell me if thire is a dub becuse i love this anime im going to buy it but i need to know

  • Does anyone know the English Release date?

  • WHY AM I ONLY NOW LEARNING OF THIS? D:<!

  • I can't wait for this movie to be dubbed. I want to hear Johnny Yong Bosch's beautiful voice again. :D

  • Best Western Anime ever Created and this movie is simply Genious thx again for uploading the trailer :)

  • I saw it it was awesome movie i wonder when they will dub it and release on dvd

  • @tran92dude tell me does vash and meryl kiss finally and is this all beofre wolfwood dies or is he a clone?

  • @satmtca Sadly no and yes i think it is jsut a filler its before he dies but after Vash meets him

  • OH HELL YA.

  • I sooooooo hope this movie sparks a lot of interest and brings the series back... I would absolutely love to see a redone anime with the same voice actors... That would just be... Wow, yeah, I would cry manly tears...

  • well there's no way in hell that the DVD hasn't come out by now in Japan. What's taking so long with the process of ripping, fansubbing, and sending out on the torrents that happens with every other overseas release?

Not that I endorse piracy but we shouldn't have to wait when it's already available somewhere else. I'll pay when they release it here, but till then, where the hell's the fansub.

  • I did a cover of the trigun theme check it out. :3

  • Oh for chris'sake, it's the end of 2010. WHY HAS NO ONE FRIGGIN TORRENTED THIS BY NOW.

  • @BDNeon seriously!

  • @TR1CK1E yeah, funimation has the rights for its release date. it'll be in u.s. in a couple of months or so just wait patiently.

  • When will we see this master piece?

  • finally after years of waiting a movie comes out thank you oh great anime god thank you

  • are the eng dubbed or subbed torrent out yet?

  • Wait... didn't wolfwood die?

  • @urmomjkjk maybe its a story before that

  • WHEN!?!?

  • Is this plot from the manga ? I only saw the complete anime never read the Manga :(

  • @Justfor18ification no its not

  • @Justfor18ification

If you haven't read the manga you have absolutely no idea what you're missing out on! And how far this anime series have deviated from the manga. Personally, I think they should try and redo the series correct this time, calling it "Trigun Maximum".

  • I wonder when i will be able to find it in the internet

  • When is this coming to America??

  • I just JIZZED IN MY PANTS!!!

  • 見てきました~。

    正直心配だったけど中身を開けたら完全にトライガンでした。

    それに意外とアメリアがかわいかったので文句なし。

  • lol Even the cat's in the movie trailer.

  • @Dragonfly77films That's Kuroneko-Sama for you, pal! ^_~

  • @Lemau :3 Nyau

  • Needs more Razlo >_>

  • This was one of the only good dubbed anime's the only reason people say the subs are still better are because they are a weeaboo or are a sub elitist.

For me the ONLY way a sub is better than a dub is if 1.They take things out of the original show (someone getting killed, middle finger being changed to thumbs down) 2.They move the script around to fit America (Change a sex joke to a kid joke) 3. Voices sound stupid

Trigun had none of these and was to fast paced to even read the subs

    Cant wait

  • @ComedyCentralbeast22 Well I like the subbed better because I like the way Vash sounds when he screams. It sounds so ridiculously fitting...

  • @ComedyCentralbeast22 Another reason to prefer subbing, or at least the Japanese language option, is because you already speak Japanese.

I'd like to start seeing Japanese subtitles start popping up on all media with a Japanese language option. It'd help keep me from getting rusty from being gone from Japan so long.

  • It would have been badass if they had made a movie with the ending of the manga instead of some OVA. But then again, it'd be even more badass if they redid the entire series like they did with the second FMA anime, even better if they switched studios to the same one since their artwork is better.

  • @ComedyCentralbeast22 Sub elitist/weeaboo here. I can't stand dubs because 1 most dubs have crap voice actors 2 crap voice actors have to add in crap dialogue to match the mouth flapping, leading to my overall opinion: using english voice actors ALWAYS completely changes the context, connotation, emotion and feel of the dialogue, imo ruining most anime dubs i've watched.

  • @philosophyLad weaboo faggot here, I agree, dubs make me sick.

  • @ComedyCentralbeast22 well said

  • @ComedyCentralbeast22 That's fine for you to say that you prefer dubs, but to say that the only way the original Japanese cast could be better is if the dubbing company makes obnoxious changes to the script is rather short-sighted, don't you think?

Look at it this way: Who's the better Lando Calrissian? Billy Dee Wililams or Norio Wakamoto (he dubbed him for the Japanese release of Star Wars).

I love Norio Wakamoto, but you'd have to be crazy to prefer him over Billy Dee Williams.

    You see?

  • @ComedyCentralbeast22

Or in my case if you're a purist and prefer things in their natural form, whether it's better a certain way or not.... :Þ

Even though some things that are English are better in, say, French, I will still prefer the English to the French just because that's how it came out.

Yes, I'm responding to a comment from seven months ago. Yay me?

  • @ComedyCentralbeast22 have to admit i prefer the dub compared to the sub. and i watch most my anime in sub

  • @ComedyCentralbeast22 Lol this kid can't read subs fast enough.

  • @ComedyCentralbeast22: the true problem with dub is that 99,9% of the time (i would say 100% but i don't want to sound as "a sub elitist") the dubbers can't hold a candle to the original japanese ones. And that's not because japanese dubbers have some special magic technique, but simply because of common sense. Anime dub in Japan is so common that there are a lot of good voice actor that specialize it that profession and they are much more experienced. Also, the producers have higher standards.

  • @ComedyCentralbeast22 don't forget dragon ball z !

  • I don't understand why there is many girls .. all their face says "I am not otaku or I don't know anime"

  • i love trigun

    yay wolfwood & vash.

  • TRIGEN.

  • I have nothing clever but...yeah...allright! Can't wait.

  • Is it a followup of the series?

  • I'm dying for waiting

  • I didn't even know there was a movie...

  • Aaaagh, I was hoping Legato was going to be in it. :(

  • @RepyreSpore but remember, Legato was killed by Vash. poor vash.

  • @dasoul1 I didn't think that this story took place after that though, being that Wolfwood is in it. lol

  • @RepyreSpore it takes place a lil before wolfwood died

  • funamtion is going to get the same voice actors for the movie and also the cats da BEST

  • whose narrating this video?... is that james earl jones!?

  • so man when is it going to be ouyt in the US ??

  • YAY! I can't wait! I love this anime So much! I hope it comes out in the USA soon.

  • i just came

  • isnt the guy with the cross dead

  • Hell yeah

  • if anyone knows any info of this movie tell me im a trigun fan 4life

  • @strikerjess I know Funimation is gonna release it in the US next year. And the origonal Series gets a re-release this fall.

  • I thought this was a fake trailer I saw in another vid because of the narrator =.= Seems like he's trying too hard...

  • when does this release?

  • @asseertedwolf I think it already came out this april, however, I'm not so sure if they subbed it yet. *goes to google*

  • @SabreMouth Dont think so, Im pretty sure its more like the first few episodes where its only had Wolfwood, Meril and so on plus quick outlaw appearances. I wouldnt be surprised if they'd fit in just before Legato and Knives comes in.

  • 11 years and now this comes out??? lol or did i just miss some movies or episodes inbetween the years??? someone answer cause i really am utterly confused....

  • @DRandomOne um it took a while because they had to add more villains from manga plus it was hard to get the cast back you'll know if your a amine creator it'll take time for formal actors to read lines and practice because majority forgot the lines its been since 1998.

  • @deadmenxl its true though

  • @deadmenxl ohhh okay. i was really lost when i saw this preview. yea. i litterly just now finished rewatching the whole serious. took like 3 days. lol. but where there any else like side stories or anything? or is it just the anime itself plus the movie?

  • @DRandomOne yeah a bit

  • @DRandomOne plus they knew it was so popular so they decide they'll make a movie

  • Are Knives, or Legato or the Gung Ho Guns involved in this movie at all?

  • They showed the movie at sakura con this year...

  • OMG I CANT WAIT TO GET THIIIIIIIIIIS!!!!!! I LOVE YEW VASH!!!!!!!!!

  • Total Slaughter,Total Slaughter.I won't leave a single man alive.La de da de dai,Genocide.La de da de duh,An ocean of blood.Let's begin the killing time.

  • @MrAltereg0 LOL omg.. memories =D

  • KITTY!!

  • i thought wolfwood died...????

  • @Practicalwyatt78 He did. This was before his death.

  • @NewGuy2534

really becuase I had always heard the film was using the mangas contunity in which wolfwood never died.

  • @KDPhilosophy What are you talking about? In both the Manga and Anime, Wolfwood does die. But in the Manga it is more subtle and more sad.

  • @NewGuy2534

okay I wasn't sure thanks for the clarification.

  • Johnny Bosch will definitely be up for dub, if he gets asked that is. i don't think they would actually get some1 else to do it. Cmon give the ppl what they want ^^

  • vash the best

  • same dub voice actors? i hope so :)

  • God I can't wait for this I just got too watching all the episodes over the last two days.... they are dubbing it right? cause I love vash's voice guy

  • @JackSavid i know i hope they keep the voices the same also just finished the series

  • Awesome!!! Anyone know if it's subbed yet for English viewers?

  • cant wait

  • Man, I love that Led-Zeppelin-influenced theme song.

  • all bets right now, how many times in the black cat going to pop up in the movie?

  • @ShadowSoldior 13, of course. :D

  • @AlleluiaElizabeth Ahh, that was actually very witty xD

  • @ShadowSoldior lol Thank you. xD

  • dont wolfwood die

  • @MRSAT3C Learn to read, this takes place during the series. You could say tyhe same thing about the Cowboy Bebop movie but that also takes place during the series.

  • if its sticking to the orignal story why is wolfwood alive??

  • @mentalvids99 The movie takes place during the series, not afterwords.

  • Is this ment to take place during the series or be its own thing? With Wolfwood being alive it looks like this will have zero to do with Knives and the main plot of the series which basicly means its just going to be a long episode rather then a movie.

Yasuhiro Nightow needs to move on an work on other series he's been milking trigun forever. Gungrave was good as far as anything successful thats it. Everything else are bit an side projects and he could do so much better.

  • HOLY HOT DAMN !!!

  • TRIGEN THE MOVIE!!!

  • I was one of the first few in America to see the movie back in April. As a huge Trigun fan, I can easily say I was pleased with what I saw.

  • @NintendoNut64 Thats a load of crap The movie was released in Japan not In the u.s

  • @kimmeco2

Actually they show the movie at an anime convention. The Sakura-Con 2010 Convention in Seattle on April 2 to be exact.

They showed it there before opening in theaters in Japan. Though most likely it wasn't dubbed.

  • @SamonaU That sucks :/

  • @kimmeco2 Not only was it not dubbed, it was not subbed either. They had to give a bit of an explanation before watching, so we could have a better idea of what was going on. It was still pretty enjoyable, as Trigun is more about the action than dialogue. I got to congratulate some of the main people who worked on it too. It was a good day...

I can't blame you for not believing me at first, kimmeco2. No harm, no foul.

  • Dieguito, tenes 20 años, no tendrias que mirar otras cosas?

  • I got to see to movie before everyone else at Sakura-Con. IT WAS TOTALY AWESOME!!!

  • YAY!!!!! I swear this movie better come out soon!

  • Any idea when it's heading for U.S.?

  • looks cool but the guy has a horrible English accent lol

  • OMFG!!!!!!!! I NEED TO SEE THIS...like RIGHT now. :0

this is my favorite anime, and i was soo happy to find out that theres going to be a movie!!!

    ..pure happiness..

  • @lovthablackrose same here! TRIGUN is hell awesome!

  • Vuelve el mejor! vuelve Vash!

  • LOL love the fake american accent rofl

  • now all that's left for them to do is make a version of the anime based on the manga like they did with fma

  • I . . . I must . . . have it . . .

  • so is Johnny Yong Bosch gonna be Vash in this movie?!?!? and Jeff Nimoy as Wolfwood?? i really hope so,if not....=/

  • My brain is wet with anticipation... @_@

  • HELL YEAH

  • when will it be released to the States, to the thearters i mean?? or at the very least to dvd??

  • Joy...oh Joy.........Its....its..

    Love and Peace!

    (plus doughnuts)

    And Wolfwood!

  • it would be nice if they will make an OAV like Hellsing that will follow the manga

  • so will it be out for american release aswell or no
