  • This is such a cool system. For many HO scale model railroaders, the preference would be for realistic, slow speeds (35 to 50 kph) for typical traffic in a city or town scene. Would be great to see this adapted for use in the U.S and Canada with "classic" North American vehicles.

  • @ACLTony I know.i could be cool to install this on a home layout with true north amerian vehicles

  • nice, may i ask, how do i make the cars stop at a level crossing and pile up? need to know

  • @itgamer100 I am not 100 % sure, but it is something to do with a control you add underneath. that senses wether the car must stop or turn or go straight. My best advice is to look for information on the faller website or perhaps try to find someone who has Faller Car System on the layout. We were just guests at this club.

  • that blue truck is tailgating, wheres the cop?

  • @LogWiz I think he was having lunch.

  • So cool!!!

  • It is. and it worked almost to perfection.

  • Thanks!

  • Oh yeah!,and set something up like nascar and nahr drag racing with this system.Hey, it's worth thinking about!!!

  • like a little racing circus with the railway.. that's an interesting thought.

  • I agree. How about some good old american muscle cars?!

  • you said it....

I know that Faller is coming with an American set, including 2 trucks I believe, but still - a long way to go.

  • who was first to develop this amazing system?

  • I am not sure, but know that Faller has done a great job in getting this to work. All we need now is some american trucks, buses and cars to be made from them.

  • cool

  • Thanks

  • Not to popular in the US as of yet. Hopefully it will catch on soon. They have some kits on the walthers website.

  • I do hope so. It will make it a lot easier for us in Europe to creat a working US city with the correct vehicles

  • nice!

  • Thanks

  • anyone know if this is in the US? Utterly amazing stuff!!! thanks

  • It is from a club in Copenhagen, Denmark. All european trains, but then they have installed the Faller Car system. It was quite an amazing layout wiuth the Faller Car System
