@DefNationMusic The most important parameters/settings to pay attention to in this type of lead sound, (when teweaking from an init preset) is the effects EQ (might not be an effect) and reverb. For the other parameters it is portamento/glide (in the lower right corner), and the LFO, which is very important to tweak right. It is most likely the LFO you need to focus on to get it right :-) Portamento & pitch LFO makes the sounds characteristics (from inti preset).

Please help! I got sylenth1 2.2 and put it in the component file of the plugins place and i did the validation and everything but it won't show up when i go the the AU spot of inserts. All it gives me are the apple ones.

You have the basic idea of the dutch-house aka tribal house rhythm. Work on your mixdown, EQing and dirty up the drums some more. Definitely learn to include a sub bass component in your kick if you are going for a bare dutch-style track, or phatten up your lead synth, do not settle for presets. The drums sound weak. PSP vintage warmer 2 is a nice plugin to phatten up sounds, any saturation-style plugin will work, then compress and limit those bad boys

I just started using Logic and would like to use my old VSTs like Sylenth1,but I have no idea how to import them into Logic.In FL studio there is a Plugins folder,but I couldn't find anything like that in Logic.So please tell me how you got it to work for you.

you might be trying to load VSTs into logic, which is impossible. Logic can only run AUs, which are like the mac versions of VSTs. You need to reinstall your synth and it will automatically install the AU

That's an extended Vst which don't get with logic. It calls "Sylenth1" and you'll have to buy or crack it. (I prefer buying)
