I am planning to put a peregrine falcon box on the roof of our hospital in St. Louis Missouri USA. I am doing the official presentation to the CEO this Friday. I felt I we needed one more thing and this is it. (if it OK with you). This is beautiful. The music is perfect it sort of calms the savage beast. I need to win the CEO over and who would be against a mother and father taking care of their babies? It also shows the size difference between falcon and tiercel. Really great video!
thanks all,..the music is the theme from "The Mission" (jeremy irons et al) by ennio morricone. The video was put together with Studio 8 with clips from last years camera, film of the ringing and some stills. The ringing (done by some very skilled BTO guys) was amazing and you can hear the miffed adults calling outside...hopefully we'll be ringing this years brood as well. The loud chick (the male of the two) wasn't in pain, just a bit fed up of having his lunch disturbed..wouldn't you be!
Great video. Really hope to get some good footage of our Kestrels at Lorton Meadow (Dorset Wildlife Trust) this year. Love your Webcam page. I would love to know how you set it up, as we are trying to do something similar at DWT. Thanks, and good luck for this year. Jane Adams
Hi Andy this is a fantastic video, would you be kind enough to post it into Talk Worcestershire as it has lots of local interest. TW is a new social networking site just for Worcestershire so if you have any other local work please post that too!

Just stunning. Thankyou. And the well-chosen music makes it strangely moving too!

Good Video Andy! I filmed these peregrines for Heart of the Country last year as well.
Great to see them thriving again this year.
Let me know if you want some help with filming!

Thanks RedheadTV. Do you have any footage of your filming of these Worcester Peregrines on YouTube?

My video is not on youtube yet. Just a promo I did for the Hagley Falconry Centre, called "Beautiful Birds of Prey"
I love the section of CCTV where the chicks are being fed and both adults are there from 5' 25" FANTASTIC!
