there is website called rossboxing he has some awesome drills and also strength exercises that increase power without bulk giving you a dangerous edge

my fight is set at a catch weight of 153. thats cool i might have to go check it out. but in the end its up to my trainer what i do. he hasn't steered me wrong so far so i'm gonna stick with what we been doing
