It wasn't strictly speaking an offside goal, since the goal keeper touched the ball before Tevez catched it: it equals a ball pass by the goal keeper to someone who was behind him, which is a perfectly valid move. When the goal keeper touched the ball, Tevez wasn't beyond the last Mexican defender.
