  • You are not alone, I can eat popcorn all day! Dangerous lol Stalls have to do with calories in, calories out, I believe, so in order to stay at a certain weight, you have to be consuming a certain amount of calories to sustain that weight. I have been at 180 for months, and I know it is because of the calories I am eating. Even though I exercise alot, I must be eating enough to keep my weight where it is at. Thanks for sharing, take care!

  • Your body is craving the carbs in the trail mix. I have the same problem. Try getting more protein in. The Carb Monster is hard. I still crave carbs particularly the starchy ones. Nuts aren't so bad in moderation. You may have to try to go cold turkey on the trail mix for a while. Its a life process, not perfection. If you are finding you are grazing as bad as you say you are get yourself a alarm clock on Ipod or a watch and eat only those times. Stress is a big culprit for grazing. Youll do it

  • Hey Real, I had actually spoke to my nutritionist and about trail mix, at my last visit with her, and she said that it depends on the trail mix that i choose to eat. She said the nuts can be bad because they can e high in fat, and that banana chips may be fried instead of baked, so i would have to pay attention to that. She said Almonds were the best nut to eat if I had to have some. IDK, if this helps you, but I just wanted to put that out there. You'll be okay, Lets get it!!

  • try a low-carb, high protein trail mix/granola like Naked's Peak Protein. If you're eating regular old trail mix, I think you already know...it's chock full of sugar and carbs.
