  • I use clear and they start throttling the speeds if you watch more than a couple of netflix videos a night. My speed went from 5Mbps to .045Mbps. They said I was using to much data. So it is unlimited but your speed is cut to .045Mbps.

  • I live there he just drove under claiborne pkwy

  • You should holdoff. Don't like yourself in a 2 year contract and paying $60-80 per month and be capped off at 2-5gb or whatever their plan is. With Clear even now, you'll see burstable over 10MB depending on the signal strength. LTE provides a more natural upgrade for us in USA. We use and have mostly GSM/UMTS/HSPA/CDMA-based networks and subscribers – and GSM is the dominant mobile standard worldwide, with more the 3 billion global customers as of February 2010. Continued...

  • @kietndc How do you know all of this? What are you majoring in lol?

  • @runhorun I meant in my earlier comment, I meant to say don't lock yourself in a contract. Im' currently month to month and see average speeds between 3-6mb...some areas I've seen 8mb-10mb...But keep in mind, all providers will provide "spotty" service. Sprint/Clear is not the best....but its darn good enough without being locked in and being capped off.

  • @kietndc i don't like contracts. Ha.

  • Good news Clear fans...Clear is converting to LTE!!!

  • @kietndc what is LTE???

  • @runhorun Long Term Evolution. Wiki it!

  • @kietndc I have the clear 4g mobile hotspot. So if LTE comes around what will do for the service???? The only bad thing is does not revert to 3g if there are no coverages for 4g. What will be the advantage of LTE? I was thinking to switching to verizon 10 meg wireless for 80 bucks, but should I hold off???

  • @runhorun continued from previous reply: in other words, you they're are only 3 major carriers now, AT&T aquired TMobile), Verizon and Sprint. AT&T and Verizon, are LTE and Sprint is the only one using WiMax. It seems for hardware reasons and future phone designs- Sprint staying WiMax-would create a "split" world of standards. It would make it less complicated and easier for one to adopt to one standard and for the consumers to understand. Since the ATT & Verizon are LTE, they win by majority.

  • If anyone wants it PM me and I'll wave activation for you!

  • sucks now it is 45 month.. maybe i should not have ignored the flyers sent to my house 8 months ago. i thought it was all scam i would get it and no covrage in my area

  • OMFG I live in that area! :-D

  • Wow my ispot is not fast when watching YouTube videos or netflix don't know why!!! But your seems perfect, I live in Washington DC

  • freeking awsome. I want it. I need it....I must have it. Great video.

  • The coverage is crap in Maryland...

Where do you live? How good is your coverage? Sprint and Clear needs to improve network more.

  • $100 for the unit, $25 per month--month to month, no contract. And totally unlimited. usage.. not capped or $60 per month like 3gs cards from AT&T, Verizon , Sprint or Tmobile. Oh and you're not locked into a 2 year deal.

  • What's the price?

  • I have no idea...I just picked something

  • Whats the name of this movie or the show your watching?
