I with I was living when she war touring the world, I wish I had the chance to see her perform and to have beautiful memories of her; I only know her from what I have read which does no justice to her at all. I have to say that I have never been able to listen to many other artists without comparing them to her. It made it hard to relate to my peers at school and elsewhere because they insisted on listening to the plastic stuff that the various record labels churned out. Nana's simple and genuine style is so appealing. I was at 4 concerts during the 70's & 89's.
