The word endidusko is used only once throughout the whole Bible unlike the commonly used "within/en" in Luke 18:4. They don't have the same meaning.

Not once had Paul called himself a Christian before king Agrippa (Acts 26:29)! @Franknarfable I don't know who Paul was. Acts purports that Paul was originally known as Saul. To me, this indicates that there was contention in the early church as to who this man actually was. I think we can make a good guess that he was a man of wealth and political power such that he could finance mission trips and come off with instant credibility. I would guess he had also been raised Jewish. But, these are guesses. I really don't take anything in th NT at face value.

And as Paul says, the insincere must be among us so that the sincere are made manifest. The bride refers to individuals not to an institution. We should be HORRIFIED at the thought of sinning. Sin is not okay. Disobedience is not okay. Don`t believe the lie.
You are right when you say that the term church is not referring to an institution but rather a body of believers. The church is the bride, those individuals who have been written into the book of life.
As for the thought of being horrified by sinning, yes this is true, in our greater moments being convicted by the spirit. However, a Christian is not beyond sinning, it must be made clear. It happens, and if we think ourselves beyond it, we are deluding ourselves in the most profound way.

@Dindraen I don't Peter wrote that to be honest. Why would Peter call Paul's epistles "scripture" when they weren't yet scripture at the time Peter was alive? But that is neither here nor there. The fact is, we must hold Paul's teachings to the standards of Jesus' teachings. When we do this, we find that Paul's teachings contradicted those of Jesus.

The word endidusko is used only once throughout the whole Bible unlike the commonly used "within/en" in Luke 18:4. They don't have the same meaning.

Not once had Paul called himself a Christian before king Agrippa (Acts 26:29)! Paul always referred to himself as a "follower of the Way" as did Isaiah ( 35:8, Jeremiah 2:17, and as Luke recorded many times in the book of Acts 19:9, 23, 18:26, 22:4, 24:14, 22. Acts 11:26 is clear outsiders (Greeks) of the Church came up with the title Christians. Thirty years later Peter used it (1 Peter 4:16).

He spoke out against the laws by telling people they didn't have to follow them anymore- there was no spiritual gain to be made. THAT made the Pharisees HELLA mad because it was challenging their authority. You'd get the same reaction for talking back to a power hungry cop. This is why Paul called it a curse. @Franknarfable I don't know who Paul was. Acts purports that Paul was originally known as Saul. To me, this indicates that there was contention in the early church as to who this man actually was. I think we can make a good guess that he was a man of wealth and political power such that he could finance mission trips and come off with instant credibility. I would guess he had also been raised Jewish. But, these are guesses. I really don't take anything in th NT at face value.

Not only did Paul invent Christianity as we know it, but there is no good reason to think there ever was such a thing as Jewish Christianity. Yes, in Paul's letters, such a thing is discussed, but you can't simply take what's in the NT at face value. Paul also tells us the gospel was handed to him directly by Jesus in the 3rd heaven and not given to him by any man. The Gospels fortell a Paraclete. Early Christians would have seen that as Paul. Paul wrote himself into his own story that way.

Peter calls Paul's writings scripture. Paul claimed to have received his knowledge from the ascended Lord. Paul also wrote that we no longer know Christ after the flesh, but we know him crucified and from his other writings raised. Also, before you know Paul, read the Apostles Creed. It mentions no miracle or saying if Christ. It reads that he was God, born of a virgin, died and rose form the dead and ascended. If you oppose Paul then you oppose the Apostles creed. Hebrews clarifies the difference between what James says and what Paul says quite clearly. No. In Acts 15, James provides the four FIRST things new believers must stay away from -- in contrast to what some were saying about having to convert to Judaism -- so that they can join the assembly in Synagogues on the Sabbath undefiled and learn what the Law requires. The prohibitions in Acts 15 are straight out of the book of Leviticus. And the word translated as "turned" in the KJV in verse 19 is actually TURNING.

Would you say the same for the Jews? They were God's instrument to prepare for the coming of the messiah, yet look at all of the rebellion that took place over and over again. Despite God's harshness in dealing with them, he still called them his own, and preparation of the messiah was still successful. As for the thought of being horrified by sinning, yes this is true, in our greater moments being convicted by the spirit. However, a Christian is not beyond sinning, it must be made clear. It happens, and if we think ourselves beyond it, we are deluding ourselves in the most profound way.

Paul is not saying to forget the law, he is saying that the law can not save. Also He says to not boast about your works, he does not say don't do works. Works are a product of faith. Only grace can save, then come the works because you have the desire to do the work of Christ. The Pharisees Followed the law, yet Jesus condemned them. Works are a product of Faith which comes from grace which comes from Gods soverign Choice/ election befroe the foundation of the world. Peace

as much as i believe that paganism infiltrated the true path, and that paul was a piece of work, but scaring the shit out of people doesn't help. now you have to make a video about what's next. what do people do now that they know the must behave differently? or did you not think about that.....many people are lost and and blind. will you help them find there way, or just blast their beliefs apart? blessings be upon you.

@ghostdancer1984 I do have some other vids on my channel, and I will continue making more in the future. But ultimately the responsibility of one's salvation lies with the individual. My only intention is to lead people to Jesus, who is the true Shepherd and Teacher. If we say we are followers of Jesus, then we must follow his words. Nobody should follow my words alone or the words of anyone else.

@HisWordsAreTruth If Paul can't be trusted, any work that's about Paul or that paints Paul in a positive light can't be trusted...that means Acts is out...crap, the Gospel of Luke should be out, too, since he wrote Acts....he can't be trusted since he paints Paul in a positive light. You just eliminated three quarters of the Brit Chadashah....not even counting the fact that you think that Peter's letters aren't authentic either.

@Invisagoth well i definatly don't believe that's right. the KJV was based off a corrupt text to begin with. personally, i believe that paul is too controversial, and his teachings too confusing to be considered canon. i think he should be studied, but should also be treated like an other evengical pastor. blessings be upon you.

The Apostle Peter endorsed Paul (2 Peter 3:15-18), calling him "our beloved brother." I think this whole argument can be laid to rest by these words from Peter concerning Paul's writings: "As also in all his epistles, speaking in them of these things; in which are some things hard to be understood, which they that are unlearned and unstable wrest, as they do also the other scriptures, unto their own destruction." Controversies such as these stem from the very ignorance that Peter spoke off.

@Dindraen I don't Peter wrote that to be honest. Why would Peter call Paul's epistles "scripture" when they weren't yet scripture at the time Peter was alive? But that is neither here nor there. The fact is, we must hold Paul's teachings to the standards of Jesus' teachings. When we do this, we find that Paul's teachings contradicted those of Jesus.

Im born again Christian as of recently, and i'm trying to learn about the Paul issue. we'll never know so we should take the information and remain open minded and rely ultimately on Jesus' words
also, bear in mind that as Founder of the Church one has to question Paul's motives.
i'm a very open minded person so I will remain on the fence (what Jesus would do:)

@Dindraen WELL SAID!!! Many ppl may have difficulty in following all of Paul's teachings but Paul makes it clear who is his Lord + Saviour + that is Jesus Christ. All of Paul's teaching leads 2 the author of life who is Jesus!!! I believe this Hatred towards Paul is anti-CHRIST at work.
The ppl who resort 2 twisting what Paul teaches fail 2 remember the sufferings that Paul went through 4 the sake of the Gospel + how he went 2 Rome 2 defend himself + + continually teaching Christ. God Bless U..

@mystic81006 It's funny you say that. There is a book I once read called "The greatest salesman in the world." by Og Mandino. In it, the main character learns how to be a successful salesman through the teaching of sacred scrolls. This takes place in Arabia. He later becomes the holder of the sacred scrolls, and before death must pass this knowledge to another worthy person. The person to receive the scrolls is none other than Paul "the Apostle." Paul was in Arabia according to the Bible.
