No way. Frank Shamrock was the best fighter in the UFC at one point. I know he has been gone for a while and he had a contriversal DQ in his last fight but Frank is still far supirior then Phil. Phil Baroni was also laid off from the UFC after he lost 4 fights in a row. Hes not a very good fighter. Also say what you want about Renzo winning that fight because he was in side control. Frank was the one doing all the damage on the ground and stand up. Frank was winning that fight.
