Is Star Trek overall better than Star Wars? As cool as the first 3 Wars movies were the next trilogy was nowhere near as good and then they did that clone wars cgi movie but trek just keeps progressing, with the next JJ Abrams trek probably being worked on right now. Wars is pretty much dead.

I wouldn't say one is better than the other, think about it Star wars was a box office hit and remains so star trek has a huge fan base that has kept it alive, Star trek has never been awarded best picture or any other award recognition nor have any of the actors ever been recognised for their acting and lets face it there is some very good acting and actors in Star trek.

@Zurround100 I'd say the Genesis trilogy absolutely blows the prequel Star Wars trilogy out of the water.

I am not a big fan of Abrams' reboot but it was a step forward from the TNG movies whereas the Star Wars prequel was a decisive step backwards in terms of quality.

Star wars eps 1-3 never happened to me... that was just a big bitchslapping of the fans by lucas ^^

BUt the CGI show is pretty funny, and IMO explaines way better why anakin finally became darth Vader.

i really love ahsoka and the jokes the both bring up on screen :D

Oh a huge collection of space battles. It takes time to put all together, I knew it for my self. If the video quality would be on a dvd level, it would be perfect. You have some scences from Starship Troopers, one of my favourite movies. Well done.

I love the Miranda-Class Starship! I think cause it resembles the (refit) U.S.S. Enterprise NCC 1701, and the NCC 1701-A version very closely! The nacelles and the main saucer section look virtually identical. The obvious differences is that Reliant doen't have the lower hull section containing the deflector dish and the starship's photon torpedo bay is located above the saucer section. Overall, I love and appreciate both starships for their similarities and differences!

Star trek 1-8, DS9, Contact, Starship troopers, Tron,.... I put this together on VHS years ago hence the bad editing and poor quality pictures. I have most star Trek on DVD now so perhaps sometime in the future I will make the video again and edit it better.
