  • I think that legalistic people are somewhat jealous of people that sin, too much emphasis on the act of sinning as if they are getting away with it, shaking their fist to God ............having fun doing what they want, actuality it is the opposite.....I love grace, it is a gift from God Himself. I love this preacher!!!

  • "Elahi.. Elahi.. (My God, My God) Why have You forsaken me ? " if Jesus is god, then why would he said this ? he's praying to God, asking to God, so God pray to God ?

  • @qqinthesky - because at this point Jesus is totally man and represents all men and women, on the cross, crying out to God, and God rescued him see Acts 2:29:

I can tell you confidently that the patriarch David died and was buried, and his tomb is here to this day. But he was a prophet and knew that God had promised him on oath that he would place one of his descendants on his throne. Seeing what was ahead, he spoke of the resurrection of the Christ, that he was not abandoned to the grave

  • @crumpola so, if Jesus was a man at this point, then God turned to a man or did the Soul of God leave the human body.. an if he left the human body.. then who is the human body.. because i suppose that God himself was supposed to be crucified in order to wipe out the sins of humans.. right? assuming that all three is one

so why at the last moment Jesus/God/Holy Ghost decided to be only man, wasn't he a man in the first place?! didn't he cry, get wounded, pee etc..

    please clarify in details..?

  • @shamalawy Jesus is fully God AND fully human. It's a mystery that we can't explain, nor need to, just have faith. Phillipians 2:

5Your attitude should be the same as that of Christ Jesus: 6Who, being in very nature[a] God, did not consider equality with God something to be grasped, 7but made himself nothing, taking the very nature[b] of a servant, being made in human likeness. 8And being found in appearance as a man, he humbled himself

  • @shamalawy isn't it amazing that the God who created us would want to become us to save us?

  • @shamalawy dude, your previous answer said and i'm quoting " because at this point Jesus is totally man and represents all men and women" so he can't be fully man and fully human because that's two different entities.. you know what.. every time a christian talk about God, every single person has an explanation of trinity. is it because God is misrepresenting him self . no , only humans can misrepresent --continued

  • @shamalawy Sir, God is nothing like humans, putting him in the same category and saying he's being humble, crying, happy, sad etc.. is supreme ignorance. because the people who added things like that in the bible are humans, this is the first things that came to their limited minds.. God isn't suppose to feel weak, strong, or even feel.. there is nothing like him nothing before him, nothing after him.. no human charactaristics whatsoever

  • @shamalawy why would he be humble? why? he could just forgive us and make us happily ever after in a blink of an eye.. by putting him in our category, this is the first mistake. and it's not because our sins was too great he had to come down himself and be crucified to wipe it out.. nothing, NOTHING is to great to Allah.. he created the whole universe and yet because human sins he God must be crucified ??!

  • @qqinthesky Hi,

He was fulfilling prophecy and opening the Jews eyes at that point. I used to think the same way. Look at Psalm 22. I did a video on just this. Feel free to watch it. I think it will answer your question for you.

  • psalms 22 is why Jesus said it, to fulfill the prophecy in psalms 22

  • Very good. We need to hear more of this kind of truth.

  • psalms 22 is why he said it

  • When the priests would prepare the passover lamb, it was customary for them to read from the psalms. Jesus is our passover lamb and our High Priest. "My God, my God why hast thou forsaken me?" is a quote from psalm 22. He was trying to get people's attention to what was going on; the fullfillment of prophecy. Read Ps. 22 and you will see! It is a beautiful prophecy written by king David 1000 years BC.

  • Sorry, but I don't understand, if God is so full of anger, why do we not see more people wiped-out as we see in the Bible?

  • because God is a God of mercy - it is only his mercy that is holding back the full judgment - come to the cross and have your sins taken away before judgment day. Don't wait til it's too late

  • Who says I'm not born-again? Exactly what I was getting at, you project an image of self-piety & condemnation to all others. Have mercy on me! As a bond-sevant, I've placed myself under His law, because I love Him, I keep His commandments. Who makes it to heaven after all? (Re.22.14.)

  • This man has spoken prohetically into the Church in Sustralia, and particularly Adelaide. B Y for putting up here.
