interesting to see they do not iput rudder when in a knife edge, anyone know why this is not done on a full size yet is done without a second thought on a model?

They don't do it because : - they go fast and the faster you go the less you need it - the roll rate is so fast that they can roll really quickly and not let the plane fall too much - using the rudder would destroy the cinetic energy because of increased drag and the plane would loose a few kts
