  • BRITISH PARAS ARE JUST COWARDLY CHILD MURDERERS FUCK THEM THE MORE THAT COME BACK IN BIN BAGS THE BETTER MON THE IEDS

  • @WAXY950 Ok, so your the most disgusting little kid ever. First of all, all allied soldiers fighting in afghanistan are hero's. They deserve a lot more for the price they pay for our friendly country's. Men and Women give so much to keep you ARSE holes safe, so you can live your own happy lovely life. Quite frankly people like you don't deserve to live among people who do give a dam about someone else's life. I hope to one day join the forces and pay my det, by taking after so many brave people.

  • Love the sound of AKs

  • Google the Parachute 2 Club, and then click on the photo archive for 2 Para pics

  • where are those tracers coming from ide be bricking it right there! only metres above there heads!

  • fucking brilliant lads....FIGHT THROUGH!!!

  • whats a stab

  • Stop to kill air!

  • Every man an emperor!

  • the amount of sleep would depend on how the platoon performes and who the NCO`s were dont forget your pushed to the limits during the day doing BFT, CFT, Assault course, Gym, 10 Miler, Heavy carry, log race, navex. but roughly speaking bed 11pm up at 5am to clean the block but you will also have guard duty maybe once a month. its tough but not impossible.

  • Having serve in 2 Para the main difference between TA and regular is the build up to P Company in the regulars. Its the build up of pressure gun drill, square bashing, learning do distinguish rank washing ironing getting cs gas let off in the middle of the night by the senior nco early mornings late nights getting the block clean for inspection guard duty 2hours on 4 off etc etc. This goes on for weeks etc etc while the TA only come and do all arms P Company then go home my opinion.

  • @mafesto2007 how much sleep do you get a night during phase 1 and 2 mate?

  • At 0:50 - 0:53 You can see rounds flying over their head

  • Just think the taliban are attacking in that treenline in the distance! Thts pathetic when you think about it, taliban are too cowardly to get up close abd personal

  • C'MON THEN YOU FANNYS! :) hahaha, fucking sand niggers hiding in the trees.

  • "come on then you fannys" hahaha love it

  • Well done lads..! check out 2. 44 wa the 1 guys says ..! QUALITY COMMENT.!

  • 4 para are is a big part of the reg battalians these days, they have a great deal to offer. Most of them have another trade in civvy street so they can be versitile when it comes to a challenge that is not just military. we had a guy who was a nhs paramedic and served as a rifleman in iraq.We had another guy who was a telecomm's expert in civvy street and he wired up all our dodgy sky dishes. i remember one guy was a mechanic.stick all them guys in a section together! stab's!i dont think so!

  • When I'm 18 I wanna join the paras and eventually get picked for SAS selection but I heard that it's easier to get into selection if your a pathfinder, how do you get into the pathfinders??? Any help???

  • @EllisFitz1995 Serve in the infantry for a while then attempt the Pathfinder cadre. They say it's only easier to get in the SAS because the training and selection of the Pathfinders can be compared to (although it's not nearly as tough) the SAS selection.

  • @iRozc , pathfinder selection is similar because they use the same aptitude training (hillphase) as the SAS. its not easier to get in the SAS by any means, to say something like that, you obviously have no idea what your talking about.

  • @wells4621 I do know what I'm talking about, if you could comprehend sentences, I meant it in the case joining the PF would make the SAS selection slightly easier (you can't disagree, it's common sense seeing as you'd be part of an elite force doing extreme training).

  • The TA only do the All Arms P Coy which doesn't include the 20 miler, same as the Marine Reserve don't do the 30 miler hence the term rubber dagger.

  • @247orbital wrong, the royal marine reserves DO complete the 30 miler as well as all the other "commando tests" they complete it in a week of tests at lympstone at the end of there reserve training which is spread out across two years involving, weeknights and weekends.

  • @True2Talent Not according to two people I know who both have rubber daggers.

  • @247orbital No your wrong, first of all, please just do a google search before you open your mouth. There are literally hundreds of posts on forums and blogs about how the RMR have to do the 30 miler and the other commando tests. Also you don't "get" a rubber dagger, it's not even an official title, it's just a term used by marines to refer to the RMR. So when you said "Not according to two people I know who both have rubber daggers", it doesn't really make sense.

  • @True2Talent must be true then if its on Google! Its not referred to as a rubber dagger because you are issued with a dagger made of rubber. Its called that because the RMR do a watered down version of the RM course and hence are not considered equals by the regular Marines. Similar to the TA being called STABS by the regular Army. I've seen people from the Army complete the All Arms Commando course and yet fail P Company and I'm sure this works both ways.

  • @247orbital You realise that it's not google saying it, it's about 200 people on various FORUMS saying it. Your confusing google with wikipedia. just do the search so you realise. type in "royal marine reserves forum" into google, do some searching and you'll realise. Oh and that's what i said, your the one who basically said that they were issued with a rubber dagger not me, i was the one who said it's just a name given to them. RMR are trained to fit in seamlessly with regular RM.

  • @True2Talent You've lost the plot, have you ever even been in the armed services? Lets not forget it was the Army who had the original Commandos, this was then handed over at the end of WW2 to the Marines. That's not to say there were no Marines Commandos in WW2 before you go down that route. One thing you will know if you have been in the services is reserve, TA members are hardly ever embraced by regular soldiers/marines. Hence the terms STAB's, Rubber Daggers etc.

  • Was this taken when the troops had to dye their uniforms?

  • its difficult to tell whats going on, what the hell was that, that was fired from behind them? and where are the, if that is the taliban, taliban firing?

  • 2:44 C'mon en you fannys!!

  • @Peevot what??!?!?!?!?!

  • @Peevot No, lol.

  • @Peevot Theres the RAF Reg, and the Parachute Regiment.. Both totally different and you wont make too many friends getting the two mixed up

  • @JoshRichy101 well actually the RAF is not a regiment, its a force,so u wont make many friends doing tht either :(

  • @henkdevriesuk well actually the RAF Regiment is a unit within the RAF, google it, indulge.

  • @henkdevriesuk Oh Jesus you're stupid. The RAF Regiment are the ground fighting force of the RAF.

  • @MrDistrugator yer ther actually not, dont giv tht bullshit because it really fuking isnt, and m8 im not stupid,my IQ's 130 which is over the average of the whole of the fuking U.K,and i think i'd know, because my cousin is in the RAF as a ground trooper and i think id no more bout tht then u,coz i spoke 2 him about it and even he sed tht it dunt exist,so i wudnt go around callin ppl stupid wen u havent even got ur facts rite, the odds r,tht ur sum sad lonley 40 yr old man who has absolutley no life

  • @MrDistrugator and also, dont call me stupid and swear at me wen this wasnt eve fuking aimed at you.

  • @henkdevriesuk Sensitive. Firstly, I didn't swear. Secondly, this is YouTube, someone corrected you, get over it.

  • @MrDistrugator Except theyre hardly 'on the ground' or fighting. Stagging on definately.

  • good point caliber :) makes em part of the AIRBOURNE brotherhood :)

  • Shoula sent the Royal Marines instead.... ;) Just kidding, all our boys over there do an exceptional Job, here's hoping to a safe return for all our lads! From a hopeful Royal Marine!

  • @yokey123 thats original!, well done!! clown....

  • @outdoorbob1900

Nice that you agree my friend!!

  • @yokey123 We proposed to leave years ago, 2007 if I remember correctly, yet the Afghan government appealed for the coalition to stay. Retard.

  • @RRAvon and now if i heard right were not leaveing until 2014/15

  • @nbandit2k9 We won't leave until after that either; the only reason it's been said is to get people on their side for the next election.

"Vote for us and we'll leave Afghanistan" - our services will be in there way after 2015, it's must something politicians say because they think it calms the public down.

  • @RRAvon oh ok

  • lol beautiful country

  • This is dead cool. I was gonna join the Royal Engineers and then go 9 Para but I failed my BARB test so now I'm just going PARA and probs SAS after basic.

  • @plasticturd lol SAS after basic? You have to do a few years first, Don't go into the recuitment office going I want to be SAS they will just think your a cock. Anyways after 2 years you might be able to join 1 para who assist special forces

  • @plasticturd No offense but how can you fail the BARB test? It is piss easy.

  • did just hear "come on then you fannys!!" at 2.45 XD

  • 3:48 it appears his minimi's fucked

  • 4:05 weird to see tracers coming as if from nowhere, surely the distance makes accuracy impossible or is it just for suppression and to try and score a lucky shot?

  • @thepigofhappiness the tracers are coming from the FSG far up in the mountains, they'l hit what thier aiming at dont you worry about that.

  • worst thing about afgan is the freezing cold nights, i lost my cock during the first 3 days

  • i hope they killed some enemies. =D

  • how are stabs crap hats if they've done p company???

  • @44caliber6232 they are crap hats if they arent Para..everyone is a crap hat if they arent Para's.!

  • @44caliber6232 p company is 1blow pathfinder who r below selection for SAS from wot i been told pure driven machines and to get in to the SAS apparently there is something lacking mentally ur official military property ...

  • @44caliber6232 shut up u hat

  • Comment removed

  • @44caliber6232 who are stabs?

  • @britishfetishman101

    Stupid Territorial Army Bastards

  • @antubd Why the hell you put that? At least the TA get stuck in also, it's not like they have to.

  • @AHickenUK

britishfetishman101 wanted to know what STAB's were, so I told him. That's why the hell I put that.

  • @antubd your a fucking moron. what have you ever done for this country? thats right, nothing. you fucking wannabe. at least TA soldiers man up and fight unlike little pussies like you.

  • 4 para are not TA they are classed as Reservists as they do exactly the same training as the Reg Para's. STABS are just crap hats.

  • @MrRipper24 get your head down, you have been misinformed 4 Para do nowhere near the same training as (1, 2 or 3) especially nowadays as the T.A. budget has been slashed massively, our basic training is more than they would do in 10 years in proper Para Reg, they only get the odd weekend of exercise here and there, they usually get attached to a proper battalion 2 or 3 months before an operational tour to try and get them up to speed!

  • @bigbt4 You fucing idiot....4 Para do the same training and the same tests and reg Para's!

ans 4 Para deploy with the regs and are going on the next op 13 in october...i should fucking know im going!

  • @MrRipper24 well i'll see you there then, standby you cheeky stab bastard , and good opsec as well, everything i said in my original post is true? tell me what training you have done in the last 12 months then and prove me wrong you necky cunt!!

  • @MrRipper24

dont listen to that guy bigbt4. hes a prick. im joining A company, 4 para. i got selection coming soon. i would say 70 to 85 percent have already sreved years in regular battalions so 4 para is tough. plus what i hear the reserve paras go through harder things haha. cant wait

  • Elitepoosniff, the fourth batallion is Para TA, and they also deploy.

Wow, I'm an old fart (44) and I'd join the Paras if I could. Cool buggers.

  • as far as i know you can join till 54

  • All done in a calm and collected attitude; nothing ''gung ho'' typical British way of getting the job done, well done lads!!!!

  • fatalbert203, couldn't agree more. Cool buggers, cool as cucumbers, but then again, they know the terrain and how the Taliban fight.

  • God Bless 2 Para

  • Hopefully theres some ragheads on the end of that lot

  • i couldnt give 2 shits if i get into 1 2 3 or 45 i just wanna be a para.

  • there is only 3 para battalions

  • Theres 4.

    4th Battalion is TA

  • Yh i ment reguler army

  • @darrenbownes no 45 mate 45 is in the marines :)

  • @darrenbownes please tell me you know what 45 Para is...

  • @InfantryChans91

    its a bullet type right?

  • @darrenbownes well if your joining the regular army you will only join 2 or 3 para for a couple of years

  • @darrenbownes same mate

  • When or if you pass out of depot you will go to either 2 or 3 para if you have what 1 para require & pass a watered down version of Selection you can go to 1 para for a few years. Pathfinder platoon has their own selection course, & recruit from all AB units.

  • "Cmon then you fannys!" 'BOOM' "Yeah!"... Hilarious

  • question:

I know that 1 PARA is SFSG. When a para is assigned to a battalion, can he be assigned to 1 PARA of does he have to be put forward after a certain amount of time?

    cheers

  • im pretty sure you cant get put straight into 1 para. You will go to 2 or 3 para. 4 para if your TA

  • thats what i thought, but i saw that t.v. show ''Paras'' and new recruits out of training went to Northern Ireland attached to 1PARA...

but that was in 1984... lol

  • yeah, its all changed now since the gov cut the costs of the british army so inorder to keep all regiments in the paras they changed it.

  • @soldierside365 It was 1982, they did not join 2 or 3 PARA as they were still in the South Atlantic taking back the Falkland Islands.

  • @L96EYE

    cheers for the info

  • sezz has got it wrong

im not sure if this is right but u go to 3 para if ur from wales or the south of england, 2 para is north of england and scotland then i think 2 years later u can apply for 1 para or pathfinder platoon

did u know theres 45 soldiers in britain that are actually in the pathfinder platoon? thats how elite it is

  • i didnt know there was only 45, i thought there would be around 150, because it is only the paras, so i know the numbers would have been small.

btw, the explanation makes sense, cheers ;)

  • how can you say iv got it wrong then say your not sure if its right?? Now i dont know where you got 3 para are from south and wales etc but unless its been changed then its not true.

  • dont talk to me like that sonshine

ill rip u in harf like a gunshot blast from lennox

my rhymes are hotter than flammable rox

lookin to jam in ur spot, ur staminas not mine so u wont larst, watch out, shoulda seen it coming, im too farst

  • get a grip "sonshine" your a joke.. that effort of a post is a disgrace, id hang myself if i was you!

  • looks like someone got abused when he was younger, put it behind u and get on with ur life

maybe get some sun so u can get rid of ur mayo skin and chat to a girl once in a while, plastic surgery is the answer to attract them

  • looks like someone was abused by God when he give you a big flat nose and dirty black skin

  • who we talkin bout here? me? ive got black skin? heheheh yea and my names will smith

    silly kid

  • your black but your not that good.

  • 3 para are based at colchester essex

  • haha u aint got a fuckin clue bannanahomie lmao u can go straight into 1 para if u want u get a preferance were u want 2 go if u ask 2 go 1 para n ders room u can go der 4 para is T.A

  • @3460 Thats not true either mate, you serve in 2 or 3 if joining reg and 4 if in TA and all three (2,3,4) rotate to 1 Para so everyone gets the chance to work alongside SF.

  • @AJCY133 Wrong u neva have to go 1 para at all if u dnt wanna or 3 para if ya dnt wanna either, mate i'm in 2 para n whoever u get ur intel off is a wanker who wants 2 be in the reg bt can't b cz he's a non ferocious fuckin hat cunt so stop gobbin off

  • i agree with stuart556, the boys out there can only hold them at bay at the moment, a push in troop numbers will start causing the taliban some real damage. but whats the point, after were gone the countries only going to turn to shit again because another extremist group like the Mujahadeen will come in...

  • Well, we should just leave them alone.

You really could think of them as kids, if you give them attention, they will continue.

In this case, they start a war, because they know we will help them. The middle-east are basicly the western worlds spoiled little brats...

Now don't get me wrong. I want to help out, I'm applying to the army so I can be a peacekeeper. But we have to stop making backroom deals that will have repercussions 30 years later...

  • Look at Al Quaida *spelling?*

During the cold war, they were supported, supplied and trained by USA. Now look what happened 20 years later -_-

    The shit hit the fan...

As said we should absolutley help those in need, especially when there's civilians or our own way of life (our "freedom") that is at stake.

But we should not help out people that want to start new wars.

  • We should also stop supplying all kinds of governments and other small unheard of nations with GUNS, it's irresponsible, and it's straight up dumb of us to do so...

But we get rich partly of that -_- so I guess it's about supply and demand and all that ^^

Look at Sweden, that country got ALLOT of cash from all sides of the war during WW2 (this one too, with the exception of insurgents and guerillas etc.) from selling guns.

    Again, supply and demand.

*sigh* Humanity really never will learn -_-

  • Will you fuck off and go and save some whales, nobody cares for your rants on here. Your just another waste of oxygen. Honestly just do one. You just seem to be so over opinionated your crying out to be saved! Did your mother not breatsfeed you or did your dad never love you? ? Seriously you want to make a difference, your not going to achieve it on here. Try 10 downing street or The White House.

  • Stfu ;)

  • I heard that you can't join the paras if you've broken your leg, is that true?

  • im afraid so m8y

  • oh shit, cheers mate.

royal marines here i come ;D

  • if not m8 join the grenadiers thts wat im goin 4

  • yeah lol, cheers for your help mate.

  • u prick, u ent got a clue!!!

  • u havnt got a clue about this war, it isnt conventional like ww2, its gorilla warfare, they sit up in their caves and wait for convoy to pass and then set off a roadside bomb we cant win this war, and we never will unless we do a troop surge

  • obama has.

  • not enough troops

  • Yup maybe so...But looking back over the last few years. British troops have moved far north into the green zone. And the americans are smashing the south. 12month...2010 will be a big push

  • @acidcasual07 you couldn't be any more right.

  • Comment removed
