actually, and i say this as an avid bowie fan, i can see lady gaga maybe getting somewhere respectable in a couple years time once the shock factor bullshit wears off - her piano ballads arent that bad, and given a little more instrumentation ala glam rock they could impress. the only difficulty here is that she is holed into this "feminist" bloc/stereotype now, and so its obligatory for her songs to be about sexual liberation and big dicks... if she had a penis, she might have been special :P
