I love all Donna’s instruction videos and the New year New you from last year featuring Donna and a class. It’s no longer available on YouTube – can I buy it anywhere?
Unfortunately we had to take down the online class from New Year New You, due to rights restrictions. It is not available for sale at the moment, but we are hoping at some point to be able to edit it and re-upload, possibly in smaller chunks. No date or timeframe set for that, though.
Oh hai! Have you considered - fast abs magic (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now)? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my BF got ripped Six pack abs and lost a truck load of of weight with it.
