It's easier to see the ball, if u used a different colour ball and in slow motion. I want to learn this shot.

I love the coach's old-school front left footed forehand technique. Lots of coaches don't teach like that anymore. Great video.

nice explanation... that suggests that you've really got to be ready to swing at a moment's notice, however, which is difficult to do while you're trying to catch up with the ball.
