Thanks. The Ixus 950is video recording capability is almost unknown. Works well in low light!

Sand is a kites worst enemy. Just make sure the inside of your leading edge fabric is well washed out as any bit of sand will soon start to wear on your kite.

A good fresh cold water shower then hung to air dry will do the trick.

I've always wanted to try doing that. We have fresh water here which is a huge plus :)

Thanks for that. After this session I took it home and hosed it off with fresh water. And the leading edge + bits were full of sand!
