He'll go to war, i.e. Marquez, he'll run around, i.e. Barrera and Morales, he'll stand and box, i.e. Margarito, Mosley, Hatton, or he'll chase you if you run away, i.e Cotto. All Shane had to did was threw the jab more effectively and consistently, and then sneaked in his right hand when Manny lunged in. There are times that he should've threw the jab, but instead he just moved backward without thrown any punches, and Manny just jumped on him and fired off his punches. Shane did a good job of pivoting away to kept his distance, but he simply never bothered to set up anything. Floyd would use his longer reach advantage, and catch Manny whenever he would lunges in.
