Most parts I had, I sourced an old 70's EM williams machine and used it for the housing; I had a guy from the hyperspin forums cut my playfeild shroud and the DMD shroud (not pictured)
after all said an done I have about 1500-1600 in it so far.
I have never checked the FPS on the 260, everything is at max.
The "DMD" is just a 15" monitor mounted low in the backbox, it is not positioned vertically

What video card are you using to drive the three displays and how much would you estimate the entire thing costing to build?

You can get monitors and tvs off craigslist cheap these days. I see 42" LCDs in my area from 200-500$
And if you are good with a soldering iron, you can get one for 100$+/- with power problems and fix it :D
So I guess the most expensive part would be his PC guts. Sky is always the limit there
