I tried to watch this just now but there is some loud annoying beeping every like 3 seconds....why?I can't focus with that sound on and on! I really want to watch this too!

This difference between gratitude and appreciation has to be explained by more teachers. This is absolutely a perfect explanation of why attitude of gratitude doesn't work for a lot of people. Bravo! Teal Scott is an avatar.

That makes so much sense. i always hated the idea of gratitude and now I get why.
