The best OFFICIAL Mario game, yes. But there is ONE other Mario game that was made by a fan that turned out better than SMB3, an altered SMB3 ROM called Mario Adventure. It's incredible. As for games made by Nintendo, yes, SMB3 is clearly the best.

@shooterboss I did notice the Fever theme from Dr. Mario and the Hammer Bro. Battle Theme from Super Mario Bros. 3 sound similar. Nintendo possibly wanted to spread the theme's pleasure a bit more by adding it to another game and then editing it.

first of all, neary as soon as your entire body goes of-screen in a pit, you're dead, and unless you figure out someway to turn item pages-on gba it's 4 rows of it, and in nes, it's 4 1-row pages, youre screwed.

Flying is much harder-even when you're not flying, but you started flying, it takes tme away anyways...

the game is just the ps2 version, but with the aiming system revamped to the wiimote, and very fun-played all 3 system versions-ps2, gamecube-which has practically nothing, and the wii, and beat them!

my friend has the ps2 version.

something else to point out is in the wii edition, there's a slight-and very slight-defense increase.

The regenerators are a little harder, and your knife is a bit stronger-tested it gc vs wii, and i knifed 2 regenerators in the same room with limited healing!
