The BIBLE says to praise the Lord in spirit and in truth. Psalms 150:4 Praise him with the timbrel and dance. So whatever way you choose to praise God - JUST PRAISE HIM! Actually, The BIBLE says "worship Him in spirit and in truth". Praise is a different type of communication... an exhortation if you will. This is denoted by the scripture you referenced (Psalms 150:4), in which praise is something outward, that not only God, but anyone would notice (like this dude dancing). Worship, however, is an internal and continuous spiritual state. In summation, I'm sure he was sincere, and was truly praising The Lord... that doesn't make it any less funny, LOL
