There's always a red crystal as a boss, I wonder who came up with that but I hate how it mannes every boss on Raiden X and survives all the time. Good game though. =D
I'll agree in the case of the most graphical. But in the category of difficulty, there are far far more difficult shmup's like bullet hell or the japanese game mushihimesama.
that game is a constant reminder how much you need to learn in bullet avoiding. and i have never played the game and didn't hear about the game until about 4 months ago.
I wonder how those explosions are made.

don't worry I still don't know how to dodge bullets, sometimes the touhou patterns seem easier because unlike raiden they are not aiming at you,
