Press F4 to toggle between View or Hide Edged Faces
Press F3 to toggle between Wireframe and Smooth + Highlights

i used a program called camstudio to record the video, then virtualdub for some editing
both camstudio and virtualdub are freeware and quite good at their specific tasks
