I was in a little circle pit yesterday at local rock club. I reccomend knotting your shoes TIGHT AS FUCK because with people stepping on your heels constantly, even the sturdiest shoes are bound to come off. Also, dress sensibly ( ie -don't wear chains or spiky shit), keep your cash in your front pockets and if someone falls down PICK THEM UP. Despite all the risks, it's so fun when everyones doing it properly! Good luck. :D
