i agree with the comment below. UNLIMITED grenades are thrown at you to keep you from camping in one spot too long. they seem to just fall from the sky sometimes. i was in the burning woods behind a bunker and swore a grenade just dropped from the sky on top of me

theres a bit at the burning trees in which the screen jutters from one play to the next...sneaky bugger...thought you could fool us with that...ive been tryin that level for ages and i cant get through it....there would be more grenades flying around your head than the common house fly and walking straight up to an enemy like that would get you killed

so without knowing 100 percent what system or computer this is being played on.... i can tell you it is NOT veteran mode on xbox 360. you get hit with so many grenades that you cannot throw them back fast enough. and did you see the way he was running through several sections. this is instant death on 360. 2 shots from anyone and you are gone.

Not on veteran. More like hardened. For a somewhat quicker response from enemies and faster critical health. Notice how he takes an extra couple of steps when he's already in critical health absorbing an extra 2-4 shots before taking cover. On veteran you'd be dead by the third shot if not sooner from MP40's If it is on veteran the PC players have gotten a severely watered down version, where the Nazi's mostly ignore you and never throw any grenades.
