Glad nobody was badly hurt and the Minis will live on. I was sitting close by with my family and we witnessed the accident and we were shouting NOooooooo when it happened. Everyone who was watching were horrified to see 2 nice Minis crash too and fair play the emergency services were there in a matter of seconds. Castle Combe are very professional and apart from that It was a fantastic day, so I hope to see you there again next year.

Semag time is a healer, I am sure that it will be bigger and better ready for Combe next year!!! Would love to see the footage leading up to the impact - If anyone has any???? - Nice one to the original poster of the vid :)
If anyone has any more footage of this incident please post it. My car is the green one, its is badly damaged and will now take months of spare time work to put it right. but thats the risk you take when you take to the track. I was unsighted until a split second before impact, the red car with white arches was in front of me entering Quarry Corner, when he swerved to the right to avoid the black car, I when left to avoid his rear end straight into the black car.
My friend was driving the red car with white arches and said he only just managed to avoid it. Apparently the driver of the black saloon managed to lock up and spin somehow?
After the session we all went down to check your car out, such a shame, noticed your camera on the rollcage, did you catch the footage of the crash?

the camera work is fantastic it captures just rubbish the driver was perfectly. maximum pwnage! racing is boring anyway unless someone crashes
