  • George Foreman=Inspiration.

  • Hard not to shed a tear

  • Great song George

  • Well done George

  • CHAMP !!!

  • I used to dislike this man when i was a kid but as i grow to know him and watched him , i came to like him and the more i watched him , the more i can feel his warmness , his joy and humility , George Foreman is a trully a champion no doubt about it :)

  • "sings"?

  • he is not singing it. he just like saying a poem.

  • George boxing like god no afraid of nothing thats why hes my idol he can crush todays champions easy

  • This is bloody awful but don't tell him I said so, he's bigger than me.

  • Big George !

As I am about to enter my 46th year, my heart soars as I hear George recite this wonderful song :-)

  • I like this song!

  • George Foreman IS William Shatner AS Don Quixote IN Man of La Mancha.

    In cinemas nationwide, friday.

  • George Foreman's dream was granted!

  • Big George is a true American original!

  • This song motivates me so very much. No better person then the great George Foreman fits this song!

  • Legend!

  • Hahaha, the impossible dream, foreman is so cool...

everyone laughed at him, mocked him and took the piss when he announced a comeback. but big george proved them ALL wrong, i rank this guy easily in the top 5 heavyweights of all time.

someone make this guy a movie! he deserves it.

  • Haha Big George is the F'n man!

  • hahaaha hes like a big emotionless golem barely speaking the lyrics hilarious, nice one... now George Formby that would be better :D

  • He's so proud of it, he put his name on it. Dont know why, its quite horrendous

  • This is like Will Shatner singing Lola

  • ive got a grill of his

  • what the fuck this is.

  • Fjohnny: this is a man singing a song, the man is on a quest, he has a dream, and do everything to make that dream come true, and guess what.....despite being written off, despite being joked about, he did it! He did the impossible dream.... and damn, l'm so proud l saw it live on television.....

  • @ 1:44,,,his deepest emotion was revealed,,,it even made him swallow the grip of the message. In our most challenging moments of life, when its just you and God,,,, we all strive to be,,, that "one" man. When you come up from nothin' like George did, it's all the more sweet. When he pointed to himself @ 1:44, it took even his breath away!!! Thank you George, God is so faithful.
  • who would have believed it, he's had an amazing boxing career, an amazingly successful grill career and hes still got the balls to destroy this good song.

  • hmmm how sad

    pembe47

  • IT HAPPEND!!!!!!! IT HAPPEND!!!!

  • "Boxing has nothing to do with heroism or ideals"

Tell that to the millions of American's who rallied behind Joe Louis when he beat Max Schmeling.

Tell that to the hundreds of club fighters who pour their heart and soul into fighting for next to no money.

Tell that to ANY Arturo Gatti fan.

  • @Sampson678 The crowds do not count.

Everything else is, of course, questionable.

  • Oh dear, he's done a Shatner.

  • How do you do a spoken word version of a rap song?

    He found a way.

  • Very powerful! *****

  • What George accomplished as an amatuer, then his first stint as a pro, then his comeback and champ again.. he goes down in history to this point as the greatest heavyweight fighter EVER.

  • Wow ! I never knew George Forman did the original version of this. Andy Williams and all the others just copied him. Amazing !

  • I'm with you giving props to Big George :)

  • @AvrilLavignesDad he didnt

  • @AvrilLavignesDad

try again, they are all covers, from the original, Man of La Mancha

  • GEORGE! dont quit yur day job.

  • fuck you ppl hes no singer takes guts for a boxer to try singing something like this or any athlete

  • So? Barry White says instead of singing, too.

  • Although the lyrics of the song can be used as inspiration for George, this is absolutely terrible. They should have just played a great version, like Elvis or Goulet and showed his boxing clips behind it. I heard that Riddick Bowe might be doing a stage production of Guys and Dolls as Nathan Detroit as well...heheh

  • wtf

  • Comment removed

  • gives me chills watching this especially after knocking moorer out in the 10th...

  • Magnificent! I don't think I've ever heard a song done with as much feeling as George put into this one. And considering the context, it was very fitting.

  • never give up on your dreams. It is what we live for. George Foreman showed just because you get a little older you should never, ever give up on your dreams.

  • he should sing something with william shatner.

  • I've been looking for this for so long! I remember watching this with my father before HBO broadcasted the fight when I was a kid. This fight was very special to him and I. Thanks a lot for posting it.

  • Sorry if the title was misleading. I thought of it as George Foreman *singing* the same way a lot of rap music people *sing* to the beat. Thanks for all the positive responses to the video though :)

  • Way too cool.

    George is a class act!

  • GF is the hardest puncher in history!

  • a great a great inspiration

    !!!!!!

  • why is everyone "grilling" his singing?

  • this is cute

  • big george!!! an extraordinary heavyweigth champion.. will always be rememeberd for his big heart and will

  • Yes, he has a big heart and is one of my favorite Heavyweight champion and he has alot of will inside of him.

  • i thought "OMG" but in many ways, foreman's version makes more sense than elvis' or tom jones, or ANY "singer's"! after all, it is from "man of lamancha" KEEP TILTING AT THOSE WINDMILLS, GEORGE!!!

  • I, too, only clicked this because I was curious to see just how well George Foreman would sing; I'm not even a fan of boxing.

I was disappointed that he didn't actually sing, though.

  • Wonderfu1! Faith & Courage in person. 5*.

  • he is not singing he is talking with music...

  • did u recognize that on ur own?

  • best vocal performance of all time hands down

  • When Big George came back everyone laughed and thought it was a joke they said he was out of shape and to old well Big George had the last Laugh and the joke was on all of us. He had the greatest comeback in boxing history , and he truly lived the impossible dream . I think George deserves a movie also .

  • The Greatest of all Time is Big George!!!!!!!

  • (I write this in other George's video).

Americans!. I saw 3 movies about Ali, 1 of Tyson, etc. !George DESERVE one movie¡. You know better than me why. His perfect title would be:

"Big George" or "Beyond of glory" or "I was great too"

  • big george is the man

  • The first black man i see which sings worse than me:/

    But i love BigGeorge:)
