I always smile because I keep people at a distance so they don't think something is wrong or if I'm feeling badly. I think it's rude to tell everyone what's going on your live and what issues you have just because they ask what's wrong. I wouldn't want to be someone's burden. So there are many reasons why people put on a happy face and it's not always to be fake to gain favor.

Times change, situations change, i know many people who find handshakes to be too formal, back in the day it may have been a great may to greet people, and still is a fine way to show respect too people (nothing wrong with a good handshake) but like i said, times change, first handshakes, then touching fists. soon that will be something else and touching fist will mean nothing, the only diffrence is a handshake still retain the respect factor.

The part about people only being around you is definitely true in my experience. I don't have those things. And therefore don't have people wanting to be around me all the time haha. And its not because I do anything bad to people, because I don't at all, quite the opposite. People hang around people with those mentioned things as a tool for them to try to get those things aswell. Reminds me of the old ROH Code of Honor vs the new ROH Code of Honor. The old code made you shake hands before and after a match. The current code (thats been around a couple years now) just suggests that if your a good person you shake hands but you don't have to. Thats how life outside the ROH ring should be.
