  • Recently i got to know about Stevia and i must say it is a very useful herb!

  • Good information, here!

Have to love that beauty's hair at 2:06! ;-)

  • I tried stevia paquets but I could not stand the aftertaste. Now I bought stevia drops with vanilla from Nowfoods and they taste so much better!

Talking about sweets, Sarah do you know a brand of ice cream with stevia? (what I found on grocery stores is made with splenda...)

  • where can i buy stevia?

  • Where can I get the FORZE GPS bar? I've been looking really hard and can't find it! :[

  • this is what i eat: Breakfast 6:00am - 8:00am Optional Morning Snack* 9:00am - 11:00am Lunch (Home or Packed) 11:30am - 1:00pm Afternoon Snack 2:00pm - 3:00pm Dinner 5:00pm - 7:00pm Evening Snack 7:00pm - 9:00pm
  • Sarah Love your channel. The Kashi Go-Lean Crunch has Soy Protein Isolate which is high in free-glutamates, a similar to MSG.

The processing of soy into soy protein isolate is not so natural anymore.

High fructose corn syrup comes to mind.

  • I tried real coconut water, not canned! And it's realllly GOOD!

  • i simply drink anything without sugar

  • woe... dude does that mean i can get stevia from regular grocery stores????!

  • I've used coconut water for around a year and it's excellent, it's high in sugar, but those are natural and in relational to the potassium it's a better idea then a banana (around 1000mg for 2 cups; I know this because I have the box beside me, not because I stalk coconut water). In addition I'm curious to know what you think about Acai powder?

  • I've already tried most of the new products mentioned and their all great! I especially like coconut water as a recovery drink.

Sarah, what do you think of Aloe Vera juice as a recovery beverage?

And I'll be looking out for Kashi's new Go Lean cereals when they hit the shelves.

  • the background music makes you sometimes almost inaudible. It distracts, at any rate. What's the use?

  • What did you say that splenda was made of? I can't quite hear it.

  • grain.. i believe

  • no. chlorine.

  • It's made with Chlorine! Lots of people are getting migraines from it and have no idea where they are coming from.

  • A subsidiary problem from the Chlorine is that it can completely cripple your workout due to the migraines. Migraines from chlorine often stay prominent in your system for about a month, generally only becoming noticeable during energy exertion. Jogging can show some discomfort, but weight lifting is often futile, sonn.

  • How do they get away with putting Chlorine in it?

  • This one was in Boston this fall. It's called Expo East, but they have one on the West Coast too called.... Expo West!

  • What is the fat content in coconut water? P.S. I love your Facebook channel =P

  • @craaazychiiick

    1 cup of coconut water:

    serving size 1 cup (240 g)

    total calories 46 | fat calories 4

    % daily value^* | total fat 480 mg | 1% saturated fat 422 mg | 2% trans fat |

  • Cool thank you now I will just have to find somewhere in NZ that stocks it!

  • @craaazychiiick the stats I have were for generic coconut water, not the drink put on video.

  • just buy a young coconut and crack it open its more healthier...

  • Isn't coconut milk quite high in fat though? How do you get just the water out of the coconut?

  • err.. coconut milk is made out of the flesh... coconut water is the drink they talking about.. theres no fat in it..

theres no such thing as fat - though theres sugar in it.. that makes you fat :P

because no matter what type of sugar it s fruit or junk food it treats it the same..

  • So is it possible to juice a coconut to get the coconut water or do I have to buy the ready made product?

  • Coconut water is not juiced out. If you crack open a coconut, it's hollow body is full of almost clear looking juice/water while the flesh are stuck at the walls.

  • drinks dont have fat...

  • Yes they do - think full fat milk

  • Stevia is fantasic. I have been using it for awhile. (it used to be in the organic supplements). I have a PCOS and sugar and other sweeteners mess with my hormones. Love Stevia!

  • I lost footage from day one of the convention and I had so many awesome products that use stevia now! I was soo mad :( But I love Olade and Vitamin Water 10! SOo good.

  • Very interesting. I wanna try that coconut water and the squeezable fruit thing!! lol

  • Thanks Sarah, great info, gonna try the Stevia today!

  • Stevia is awesome I use it all the time instead of sugar and it doesn't leave a sickly aftertaste like espartame. =P
