Unfortunately customer service is extraordinarily lacking under this system. It's easier to run around and carry stuff to people. Plus they are sitting down so they have more time. Fast food customers are on the go. Fast food workers have to prep the food and make the food and cash out the customers in 1 process. That's a much faster pace of multi-tasking. I guess you have no respect for retail workers.
