just by watching u mate, u dnt have real boxing skills, your left body hook is not right,you place your feet wrong when doing it, and your jab isnt snapping, by the way punch bag is not for boxing with because it cant fight back, u shud use the bag for getting your punching technique and power up. focus on getting your body punches right, hooks, and body uppercuts, but u have to do it properly. speed overall is good.
