  • I had a panic attack at a school dance and got to ride in an ambulance... it's not that fun when your scared shitless:9

  • I recently started having these attacks and I can honestly say, I would not wish them on my worst enemy.Truly the most horrifying experience I've ever had.

  • Yeah I can agree there. Even for soemone whom I could say I have the most intense hatred for, I'd never want them to go through this. These things are far worse than anything I've ever experienced.

  • Been suffering from panic attacks now for 2 years ..led to a drink problem which im getting help for now..along with the therapy for anxiety.. all i can say about panic attacks is That they are the scariest feeling ive ever had to experience...its totally taken over my life... Fear of getting another attack...Fears of illnesses ,always thinking the worst...I find distractions help.. things you enjoy... and the therapy is helpfull also chatting with others in similiar situations is a big help...

  • I wish I had known what a panic attack was before I started getting them so many years ago, because for the first year or so, I always just thought I was dying. I even went to the ER a few times. I also was born in 1981 and started getting them in 98 or 99 on a regular basis, I had had ones before that but never knew what they were. It certainly helps to know how many others feel the exact same way. Keep up the awesome videos!

  • Thank you so much for your video series. It helps alot to know that CBT works.I have suffered for 2 years with this and your video brought me hope. Keep us updated on your progress. I am now getting free CBT treatment at Columbia University in NYC for participating in a study about Panic Attacks. Anyone who wants to help with this study and has panic attacks and/or agoraphobia please call Brendan at 212-593-5902. They need people with panic to study so that they can help find us all a cure!

  • Good one, I really liked it. You put it in a nutshell.

  • Good to see you again JP.

  • Good to see you again JP.

  • the worst part, for me, is in the middle of a panic attack, when my throat feels like its closing up and I can't get air. Very scary.
