What really made Toonami stand out above the crowd, in my opinion, was T.O.M.'s motivational speeches. Even today, they resonate in my mind and remind me to make good decisions. It's stuff like this I'll never forget.
Viewers bonded with T.O.M. more than most other characters on tv, and if you can get kids to listen to life lessons being taught by a tv character of yours, you have done your job very, very well. T.O.M. was a friend, teacher, and hero. He will never be forgotten.

Bommerang advertises another channel, but I still watch it. Abc has too many teen sob stories. The list goes on. T.V. now sucks, so I stay on my Laptop all day.

I believe the reason why toonami was taking off air was because a kid buried his head in the dirt thinking he could control sand like one ninja off naruto. I believe the reason why toonami was taking off air was because a kid buried his head in the dirt thinking he could control sand like one ninja off naruto. Parents became scared and wanted the show cancelled and were blaming toonami for his death. I believe it was the parents fault for not telling the kid the difference between cartoons and the real world. Parents should stop blaming cartoons and start taking more responsibility in raising their kids

I mean look, Nickelodeon is in control of DBZ and Disney has Naruto legal ship rights, right now. I hate the fact the Cartoon Network I know didn't have shitty Reality shows it had 24 hours of cartoons and sense they have gotten rid of Micguzi that is where it began to completely suck balls. Yeah it is funny how we have to use our computer and Nicktoons, and Disney XD these days TV, but at least AS isn't all that bad, hell we are going to get new episodes of Bleach in two more days. Not everything is for granted, there will be a time when the president of CN will have to retire and maybe we might get some good shows again.

First Micguzi, then Toonami, it just plain sucks these days, no joke who watch this shit? I am glad I can watch and relive DBZ on Nicktoons, and Naruto Shippuden cause my fondest memory was watching Shippuden on my computer and watching Naruto on Saturdays those were the good times.

Lol, sorry but I think Japanese cartoons should stay in Japan and on Channels for Japanese cartoons, or whatever. I just didn't like toonami and that's why I didn't watch cartoonnetwork for like, 3 years, then I realized toonami was cancled and I was like, "sweet baby!"!!!

Look do yourself a favor and bring back Toonami Bring back all the Millions want it back. I know what I am talking about. ok i really think they should put toonami back. i mean its all crap now. and if their not going too then at least put a couple of new animes on. heres about 5 that would be good, appropriate (to a extent), and best of all...better than the shit they have now:

Why can't people get over the fact that Toonami is cancelled? It was starting to get stale anyways. Nothing lasts forever. It had a great run compared to most shows on cable which lasts at the most 4-5 years.

Sadly CN decided too drop them because " they werent capturing the intrests of children like they used too and because of low ratings it was a mix it couldnt be the economy because CN added the flix and are paying out the ass for old movies to show on saturday nights it was when they took off the classic lineup and pur in MAR and Blue DRagon Naruto and Zatch bell is when kiids stopped warching its also because of the fads nowadays

The once epic action cartoons will be inevitably replaced by pussy "feel-good" shows, like Flapjack, that cant compare to the once great shows of our time, like DBZ. Perhaps Adult Swim can foster what Toonami left behind and nurture it into even more greatness. But until then, so long and farewell CN, you did have a great run. Bang.

Greed, Power and Corruption has clouded Turner's thinking and rather than revamping it and puting it back on weekdays, 3-4 hours worth, he cancelled it. I thought he had promise, but now, now he is a low as his newfound friends, Al Kahn and Neal Tiles. So, there you have it. Toonami is dead and Ted Turner is main suspect, not Naruto Uzamaki.

Turner Broadcasting is a big time television station at Atlanta, GA. Ted Turner runs the joint and the channels he owns, TBS, TNT, Turner Classic Movies and Cartoon Network. Although, most of the networks remain the same, Cartoon Network is not what it use to be. And by cancelling Toonami, Ted Turner has sealed his own fate.
