  • that would suck if you dropped the camera......

  • sucks to be pool cleaner guy

  • i bet theres like 1000 million gallons of water in that thing, probably more

  • I think there is sharks in there :D run your life!!

  • unless you have inner ear problems, if you take the proper precautions while descending, you wouldnt notice at all.

  • how much time do u think that takes that pool to be filled up again?

  • @luisw1998 A long ass time, I'll tell you that much :D

  • how dose the pressure not kill you

  • that pressure would usually kill you how did they do that unless im missing the pressure resistent suits.

  • SICK!!

  • thats awesome!!!!!!how deep is it?and hwere is it?

  • @duckesandmeforever12 33m deep i fink and in Brussels, Belgium

  • I hate dark deep water...for some reason it just creeps me out

  • @MattKaye93 me 2 u think something is going to pop out at u

  • I have a phobia of looking deep into water.

  • just imagine the water pressure on the ears

  • this is freaking cool!!

  • i go there evry yeer

  • at 0:40 how are there heads above water??

  • @timberland1108 Air pockets. they are in real underwater caves so they simulated it there.

  • that looks awesom and mysterious.

i love how it looks underwater.

  • Can you go there just to swim?

  • underwater hide and seek anybody?

  • it would be funny if that glass broke lol

  • Where s the plug

  • How deep?

  • Doesn't one feel extreme pressure in the ear as they descend to the bottom? I only dive 10 feet in my pool and the pressure gives me a headache. Also, do those who swim to the very bottom of this pool have to spend time in a decompression chamber after?

  • @grape12able i wonder how many idiots get the bends in there

  • @citarhero Bends? What's that?

  • @grape12able when you come up to the surface to quick while scuba diving and get bubble in your lungs or blood stream

  • @citarhero As long as those who dive in this pool comes to the surface slowly, they are not required to get into the chamber?

  • @citarhero no, the bubbles in your bloodstream are made of nitrogen and expand causing extreme pain and paralysis if bad enough. its called the bends.

  • I would throw a fat kid down that hole, he wouldn't be able to get back up xD

  • @WINTER619 The water would probably all drain out from the jump...

  • has anyone ever drowned there?

  • I would pay a handsome price if someone would teach me to scuba dive in that pool

  • @divebuddy7 you can enlist for a try dive there, they have instructors.

  • @elche74 what happens if somebody poops in the pool?

  • @divebuddy7 go to the website and ask them you have to take academic classes for like 2 days then to the pool then to the lake and then your certified

  • Man I sure like to travel to Belgium and go scuba diving or snorkeling to the bottom in that pool. I wanna go swimming with the fishies

  • if they could drain that whole thing quickly it create an epic whirlpool

  • nemo 33 is in bruxelles???

  • @greekjohnnie yes, it's there, in the capital of Belgium.

  • the water pressure made me dizzy

  • the world record among diver is something like 320 meters ...

i've been to 60 meters (7 bars of pressure) with reasonable pressure and in my opinion our body can take a lot of pressure

  • wow cool

  • Does anyone know how deep is the limit for humans

swimming in water before the pressure would do any harm?

  • i went there yesterday!i went to the bottom its really nice!

  • What was the water pressure like down at the bottom?

  • Kids like "mommy!,im going off the deep end yay!" .I know that was mean but yeah i just had to.

  • what's the name of the song, please?

  • You can find the song on the Jamendo. The artist name is Jiboul, the title is Yop LMC.

  • where is brussels located i wanna go

  • i wanna pee in that =)... what happens if someone takes shit in a corner somewhere?... do people notice it or does it disintegrate before you get the chance to see it?

  • if someone dropped their watch in there it would be one of those.... wtf now what do i do moments lol

  • go down and get it.. i can dive 33meters on a single breath and its not even hard :D 33 sounds like more than it acutally is

  • but can you go 66m (217ft) on a single breath.... cause you gotta go down then back up lol

  • well i can go 33m down and up. But 66 is waaaay too deep :)

  • i mean 66m as in 33m down and 33m back up... i personally don't think you could... unless you want the bends

  • you're mixing up some things now. You do not get the bends while freediving (on a single breath of air). Because you are not breathing your tissue doesn't get saturated with nitrogen.

Bends would only be a problem if you'd go down on scuba (breathing air). But in that case you'd have more than enough time to decompress properly as 33m is well within recreational limits :)

Hope i could explain the difference a little :)

  • i want to get scuba diving lessons not in the sea but in a pool and id only go in british waters if i did is it good when u dive down with all the gear and where is this giant pool ?

  • uyy pero que imaginacion por dios que bien llenar un edificio jejeje xd

  • I live in brussels, i am definately going there

  • Worth visiting.

  • Can i go there to do free diving? Or is it only for scheduled scuba diving? Can i just turn up and go swimming?

  • I'd love to know that too :)

  • brillaint! im a diver and would love to go there! it would be awesome! i like the windows that people can sit and watch from the other side with. there are prtty cool. =)

  • OMG these underwater rooms :O i would shit in my pants if some body made me go inside there i mean you cant get out by swimming upwards and if someone prank you and doesnt let you out :O omg im scared :O anyway the deep tube thing is awsome

  • how often do they change the water in that pool?

  • why do they need to change the water?

  • well a lot of dirt, hair, scuba gear, and just general wastes.

  • lol, i guess a regular filter isn't enough for this monster!

  • lol they probably have plenty of filters, but its still probably good to every once and a while change water. but i bet that's very expensive haha

  • What's The Name Of The Song?

  • how deep is that

  • 33 meters

  • its 108 feet down the deep tunnel. i want to go there some day.

  • oopsz i dropped my keys...

  • i went there and i was in the shallow bit but my horrible mate made me go right down . It woz good though

  • I know a little boy i don't like him and i'd wish to push him into that deep hole

  • Hopefully he's made of lead.

  • i'd h8 to drop something in dat pool :o

  • that`s the coolset pool i`ve ever seen.

it remindes me counter strike pool stage.lol

  • That's is cool!

  • Who owns this? Belgium state? Private investment? Research facility?

  • can't see any main drains anywhere, unless those two rectangle things on the sides of the tunnel near the 34m bottom are them.

as the things on the sides look like holes to swim through like above.

  • i went there to dive, i had no idea it was that deep at first, your getting in at the shallow end and its all innocent looking... you go to the deep end and its like "HOLY SHIT"

  • Where exactly is it, and how do you get to swim in it?

  • its in Belgium, a lot of people go there to just plain dive, if i can remember we went there and they just let us dive

  • Why is it so deep! Its scares me!

  • yeah but how many people drowned in it ???

  • this look fun!

  • imagine skinnydipping in THAT!

  • me and a mate visited nemo33 first weekend in dec 08 - did two dives, was amazing! will make future practise nights in the pool at 4m seem pointless from now on!!!!

  • I can see an underwater reenactment of THIS IS SPARTA there

  • @InstantMix Lmao me too!!!! This is SPARTA!!!!!!!!

  • whoa, how much did that cost to make??? wish they would make one in australia

  • How freaky

  • That is the most amazing indoor man-made pool I've ever seen. Who built it? Who owns it?

  • Pretty cool, and to "botchock5" trying to prove his alleged manhood (well ok)

On Dec 2004 Johan Beukes completed 82,5 hours underwater in the uShaka Marine World Aquarium, why dont you hold your breath that long on a freedive, thatll prove something

  • um no isnt the longest freedive like 10 minutes?

  • Allegedly in static apnea it is 10 min. 12 sec. by Tom Sietas. I was comparing free-diving with scuba diving.

  • oh ok

  • Pedero jedan!

  • Naggyon jóó !

    De ilyen nálunk nincs ugye?

  • Sajnos nincs, ez elég egyedi (a mélység miatt) egész Európában. Németországban van még hasonló óriásmedence, csak kicsit más jellegűek.
