@ChIToWnMiKKi not enough weight, i mean you will grow some muscle if you dont normally exercise this area.. but you will help tone very quickly, no point going up in weight. Also make sure you go all the way down with the squats, she's cutting them a little short. feel the burn!

Get the weights and the bench, do the moves and all of the sets. See how long you last. It's hard, but if you want it, you WILL keep working to get it.
