    no u see ur putting pressure at the area u want to shrink so it burns da fat ther doesnt increase da fat :)

  • @ChIToWnMiKKi not enough weight, i mean you will grow some muscle if you dont normally exercise this area.. but you will help tone very quickly, no point going up in weight. Also make sure you go all the way down with the squats, she's cutting them a little short. feel the burn!

  • i wonder why i have fat thighs and bulky calves even though my upper body is very thin. like, my ribcage is showing and my hands are sticks. its so weird. my body is so out-of-proportion. and i really envy people who dont need to work out yet are model-thin.

  • Someone told me that the more you work on your thighs they actually expand in width people of the muscle that you develop... is this true? I would rather have thin legs than big toned ones if I'm honest aha

  • MissShrinkMe: You MUST be caucasian!! Sorry to point out race, but you are the main ones who want "thin" thighs. What's wrong with 'meat' on your legs, curves, shape? Why 'thin'?

  • @shawnsbigtube I personally don't like the cellulite that is associated with the meat in my legs so I rather have them fit than meaty + cellulite =)

  • I would say to everyone this work out is very good i have done it myself and you can feel the burn i would surgest u do this at least 3 times in a row i don;t know how much fat you lose but i think it really does work (:

  • Get the weights and the bench, do the moves and all of the sets. See how long you last. It's hard, but if you want it, you WILL keep working to get it.

  • This workout has been kicking my butt and I am sticking with it cause I like what I am seeing after a couple of weeks of barely getting the reps to where you suggest.

    It's awesome, gals you must try this if you don't do any other thigh workout ~ it's a fat sizzler!
