the thing about drums is that you can't really tell someone how to do something, its more of a trial and error and personal experience. You have to put the work in yourself, and a lot of people don't understand that. :P

Very good explanation. BTW, is your leg always suspended in the air? I do heel - toe, and you get a quick rest each time the heel hits the board.
Or does your leg get a rest on the 2nd hit and push off? Is this like tapping or something?
