  • @JoaoMiguelE

    In english please!

  • hey thx for posting this video. i want to buy preety much the same kit, but i have a question. all 4 sensors must be mounted on the rear bumper?

  • @ScricyWestside, Actually, the led display has only 2 statuses: distance left, distance right. So two sensors are measuring left distance, two right. If you would like to install parking sensor on front I suggest buying another set, with another display. The cord form mainbox to a sensor is about 1.5m (5 feets); the cord from led display to main box is about 3m (10 feets)

  • @drdomen thx for the info :D i'll buy one ... btw are they reliable? seeing as they are made in china you would expect them to malfunction quite often...

  • @ScricyWestside Surprisingly they work great. Till now i didn't have any malfunction and they are worth of money.

  • hi im going to buy same product but i just like to ask u question, how do u bring up cable to do led display

  • @engincaglar , First, I had to remove plastic cover from bottom of my car, inserted cabels bellow the cover and connected led display with a mainbox. Most of the cars have easy acces, the only problem I was having was the back seats. The cord from led display to a main box is about 3m (10 feets). The led display is glued onto dashboard...

  • hi!! i found the same sensors in about the same price and i would like to ask if they are accurate!!! thank you!

  • @nicolas3pa Surprisingly they work just fine. Their response is from 1.5 m to zero (still 20cm from the wall). But small advice: test them before instalation.

  • Thanks for the video. My cable for the power came with two red and one black line. I am seeing the two dashes you had at 1:35 when I put my foot on the brake.I think I may swap around the two power cables to see if that works. But I installed everything else like you did in the video. If you have a closer shot

of your power cable I would like to see. Thank you for the video again.

  • Hi, apparently you have slightly different system, with two red lines - one for break and another for reverse. I have only one red line! My suggestion is simple, get rid of the break power line and use this line for the reverse light. Because I really see no point having sensor on while you press the break. Maybe this system with two red lines is usefull whit more expensive sensors, where you can see more informations on the screen...

  • ...But for those cheap of the cheapest need only one power source - one red line - reverse power line. To cut a long story short, find within your back light a power line for reverse and connect it with your sensor - one red, one black. That's it. (sorry I don't have any detailed pictures, you ware asking for)

  • Hey I need some help with my installation please. When I press the brake I only get two horizontal red dashes on the display. I bought pretty much the same system that you have here.

  • @arzes

Hi, the sensor should be connected to reverse backlight not to the brake (as you did). Those sensors are so cheep that everything is possible, so I have tested the sensors (general adaptor 9V) before installed it into the car.

  • @drdomen Thanks for the reply. There were three wires from the power terminal of the box. One said Brake Power 12V, Ground, and Reverse power. Where exactly did you place these three wires? Did you use all three?

  • @arzes No, I have used only two (see video at 0:31) and those two have been red (reverse) and black (ground). Sensor needs only power whne you shift into the reverse, not when you are pressing the breake. Hope this will clear up the confusing about how the sensor works.
